Nowadays, Two Seaters fourwheeled vehicle that consumes small amount of fuel is still rarely met, only as far as concepts on mini cars which haven’t been produced in large quantity. This vehicle will be designed with existing references and ‘trial error’ method. The vehicle will be designed as small as possible but also considering its stability. Movement uses 160-200 cc machine. Engine will be connected by coupling with transfer case that serves as decelerator and back gear. The vehicle is designed for low speed. Maximum speed possibly reached is around 60 km / hour. To analyze the strength of the structure, Msc Visual Nastran is used in 3 dimensions, using 2 kind of loads. The moving load varies while the still load is constant. The vehicle dimension is designed well with consideration of its ability on road.
