Serat Wira Iswara Karya Pakubuwana IX Dalam Perspektif Filsafat Pancasila Notonagoro

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kecenderungan dalam memahami Pancasila yang sering sekali dilihat hanya sebatas dasar negara dan ideologi politik, sehingga terlepas dari akar kebudayaan nilai hidup Masyarakat Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam Serat Wira Iswara karya Pakubuwana IX dengan menggunakan kerangka aksiologis filsafat Pancasila menurut Notonagoro. Kerangka ini menekankan bahwa nilai-nilai Pancasila bersumber dari kausa materialis, yaitu adat, kebudayaan, dan agama yang telah hidup dalam masyarakat Indonesia. Objek formal penelitian adalah nilai-nilai filosofis Pancasila dalam perspektif Notonagoro, sementara objek materialnya adalah teks Serat Wira Iswara.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode historis faktual dengan menggunakan pendektan studi pustaka terhadap teks atau naskah. Metode ini dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan sumber-sumber historis, menafsirkan makna yang terkandung dalam teks, serta menganalisisnya untuk dapat menemukan benang merah pandangan filosofis yang dikaji. Objek material penelitian ini adalah teks Serat Wira Iswara, objek formalnya adalah pegangan filosofis mengenai nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam perspektif pemikiran Notonagoro.

Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Serat Wira Iswara mengandung nilai ketuhanan yang menempatkan Tuhan sebagai landasan transendental kehidupan manusia kekuasaan. Nilai kemanusiaan keadialan tercermin melalui ajaran tentang keseimbangan lahir batin, kehalusan budi, serta tanggung jawab sosial yang selaras dengan konsep manusia monodualis. Selain itu, nilai persatuan keadilan diwujudkan melalui ajaran kerukunan, pengabdian, kepemimpinan yang berorientasi pada kesejahteraan Namun didalam Serat Wira Iswara tidak membahas kearah dari kerakyatan yang dipimpin oleh hikmat kebijaksanaan. Keseluruhan temuan ini menegaskan bahwa nilai-nilai Pancasila telah hidup dalam kebudayan lokal menjadi kausa materialis lahirnya Pancasila sebagai pegangan hidup bangsa Indonesia.

This research is motivated by the tendency to understand Pancasila, which is often viewed solely as a state foundation and political ideology, thus detaching itself from the cultural roots and values of Indonesian society. This research aims to examine the values of Pancasila in Serat Wira Iswara by Pakubuwana IX using the axiological framework of Pancasila philosophy according to Notonagoro. This framework emphasizes that the values of Pancasila originate from material causes, namely customs, culture, and religion that have existed in Indonesian society. The formal object of this research is the philosophical values of Pancasila from Notonagoro's perspective, while the material object is the text of Serat Wira Iswara.

This research employs a factual historical method, employing a liteRature study approach to the texts or manuscripts. This method involves collecting historical sources, interpreting the meanings contained within the texts, and analyzing them to uncover the common thread of the philosophical perspectives under study. The material object of this research is the Serat Wira Iswara text, while the formal object is the philosophical perspective on Pancasila values from Notonagoro's perspective.

The research results show that the Serat Wira Iswara contains divine values that place God as the transcendental foundation of human life and power. The values of humanity and the state of being are reflected through teachings on inner and outer balance, refinement of character, and social responsibility, which align with the concept of monodualist humanity. Furthermore, the values of unity and justice are embodied in teachings of harmony, devotion, and leadership oriented toward the welfare of the people. In addition, the value of the unity of justice is realized through the teachings of harmony, devotion, and welfare-oriented leadership. However, in Serat Wira Iswara it does not discuss the direction of democracy led by wisdom. These findings confirm that the values of Pancasila have lived within local culture and served as the material cause of Pancasila's birth as the Indonesian nation's way of life.
