MENEMUKAN KEMBALI HORIZONTALITAS: PEMBACAAN PUISI ‘TUHAN, KITA BEGITU DEKAT’ MELALUI ANALISIS DEKONSTRUKSI DAN KERANGKA FILOSOFIS WAHDAH AL-WUJUD

Karya sastra dengan muatan tasawufnya seringkali mengalami reduksi interpretasi atas tekstualitasnya yang lebih menonjolkan aspek yang satu dari aspek yang lainnya. Aspek yang muncul itu kemudian ditangkap oleh para pembaca atau peneliti, yang kemudian menjadi hasil dari interpretasi mereka. Interpretasi yang terus-menerus dan berulang membuat keberadaan karya sastra dengan muatan tasawufnya tercerabut dari keberadaannya yang sesungguhnya holistik, yang mencakup sekaligus kesadaran ketuhanan (transendensi) dan hubungan antarmakhluk. Keberadaannya yang holistik terpecah antara yang “melangit”, cenderung mengarah pada hubungan vertikal dan yang “membumi”, sebagai penyampai risalah atau tugas kenabian dalam hubungan horizontal. Terpecahnya keberadaannya tersebut membawa dampak yang serius, utamanya pada sastra dengan muatan tasawufnya yang cenderung menampilkan vertikalitasnya; transendensi, karena membuatnya terasing dari realitas. Hal itu tentu saja bertolak belakang dengan semangat yang dibawanya, serta sekaligus menegaskan tuduhan terhadap sastra dengan muatan tasawufnya yang dianggap apatis terhadap persoalan-persoalan kemausiaan.

Melalui strategi pembacaan yang mengintegrasikan dekonstruksi Derrida sebagai alat analisis teks dan Wahdah al-Wujud Ibn ‘Arabi sebagai kerangka filosofis, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan rekonstruksi interpretasi terhadap karya sastra dengan muatan tasawufnya tersebut, melihat dan meninjau kembali holistisitas keberadaannya. Adapun objek material dalam penelitian ini ialah puisi ‘Tuhan, Kita Begitu Dekat’ karya Abdul Hadi W.M.. Dipilihnya puisi tersebut karena puisi itu dapat dikatakan kuat secara struktur teks dengan mengedepankan vertikalitas. Dengan kecenderungan itu, puisi tersebut dapat dikatakan sempurna mewakili problematika yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembacaan melalui operasi dekonstruksi, ditemukan adanya jejak dan supelemen horizontalitas yang niscaya dalam teks puisi yang tampak murni vertikal. Temuan tersebut kemudian diletakkan dalam kerangka filosofis Wahdah al-Wujud, yang melalui konsep-konsepnya, dapat terjelaskan bahwa vertikalitas dan horizontalitas tidak dapat terpisahkan, sebab keduanya merupakan satu-kesatuan dari realitas-Nya. Dengan kata lain, hubungan keduanya terjalin secara komplementer. Pengalaman kesatuan yang diartikulasikan oleh puisi ialah proses tanpa akhir yang di dalamnya secara inheren membawa tanggung jawab dalam hubungan antar-makhluk.

Literary works with their Sufism content often undergo a reduction in interpretation of their textuality which emphasizes one aspect more than another. The aspect that emerges is then captured by the readers or researchers, which then becomes the result of their interpretation. Constant and repetitive interpretations make the existence of literary works with their Sufism content uprooted from their truly holistic existence, which includes at the same time divine consciousness (transcendence) and inter-creature relationships. Its holistic existence is divided between the “skyly”, tending to lead to vertical relationships and those “down-toearth”, as deliverers of treatises or prophetic tasks in horizontal relationships. The fragmentation of its existence has a serious impact, especially on literature with its content of Sufism which tends to display its verticality; transcendence, because it makes him alienated from reality. This is of course contrary to the spirit he brings, and at the same time confirms the accusation against literature with its content of Sufism which is considered apathetic to social issues.

Through a reading strategy that integrates Derrida’s deconstruction as a tool for text analysis and Ibn ‘Arabi’s Wahdah al-Wujud as a philosophical framework, this research aims to reconstruct the interpretation of literary works with the content of Sufism, looking at and reviewing the holistic nature of their existence. The material object in this study is the poem ‘Tuhan, Kita Begitu Dekat’ by Abdul Hadi W.M.. The poem was chosen because the poem can be said to be strong in terms of text structure by prioritizing verticality. With this tendency, the poem can be said to perfectly represent the problems raised in this study. The results of this study show that the reading strategy through deconstruction operations found traces and horizontality supplements that are undoubtedly in the text of poetry that appears to be purely vertical. These findings are then placed in the philosophical framework of Wahdah al-Wujud, which through its concepts, can be explained that verticality and horizontality are inseparable, because they are the one and only of His reality. In other words, the relationship between the two is intertwined. The experience of unity articulated by poetry is an endless process in which it inherently carries responsibility in the relationship between beings.
