BUSINESS PLAN FOR JEE (ELDERCARE TRANSPORTATION OPTIMIZATION THROUGH SMART ROUTING TECHNOLOGY)

Penelitian ini mengkaji kelayakan dan dampak Jee, sebuah platform SaaS berbasis smart routing yang dirancang untuk mengoptimalkan transportasi lansia dengan mengatasi inefisiensi penjadwalan dan penggunaan sumber daya akibat ketergantungan pada sistem manual seperti Excel dan Google Maps. Pendekatan rencana bisnis menggunakan metode campuran melalui wawancara dengan lebih dari lima belas pusat perawatan lansia, Letters of Intent dari institusi di Singapura, Indonesia, dan Tiongkok, serta proyek percontohan enam bulan di Singapura. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan peningkatan nyata: pengurangan armada sebesar 20%, penurunan perjalanan 9%, dan pemangkasan waktu tempuh 13%, sekaligus mengurangi beban kerja pengasuh. Analisis pasar memperkirakan TAM sebesar SGD 4,1 miliar dan SOM sebesar SGD 131,9 juta, dengan proyeksi profitabilitas pada tahun ke-3 serta pendapatan SGD 16 juta dengan margin laba bersih 30% pada 2029. Temuan ini menegaskan nilai ganda Jee sebagai usaha SaaS yang layak secara komersial sekaligus solusi sosial yang berdampak, berkontribusi pada pengurangan emisi, peningkatan aksesibilitas lansia, dan efisiensi kerja pengasuh.
This study investigates the feasibility and impact of Jee, a smart routing SaaS platform designed to optimize eldercare transportation, addressing inefficiencies in scheduling and resource utilization that arise from the reliance on manual systems such as Excel and Google Maps. Using a mixed-method business plan approach combining interviews with over fifteen eldercare centers, Letters of Intent from institutions in Singapore, Indonesia, and China, and a six-month pilot project in Singapore, the analysis incorporates market sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM), SWOT, competitor benchmarking, and five-year financial projections. The pilot demonstrated tangible improvements, including a 20% reduction in fleet size, 9?wer trips, and a 13?crease in travel time, while alleviating caregiver workload. Market results estimate a Total Addressable Market of SGD 4.1 billion and a Serviceable Obtainable Market of SGD 131.9 million, with financial forecasts projecting profitability by Year 3 and revenues of SGD 16 million with a 30% net margin by 2029. These findings underscore Jee’s dual value as both a commercially viable SaaS venture and a socially impactful solution, contributing to reduced emissions, improved accessibility for seniors, and enhanced efficiency for caregivers, thereby demonstrating that eldercare-specific transportation platforms can play a critical role in meeting the challenges of rapidly aging societies.
