Kematangan emosi anak kelas 6 Sekolah Dasar ditinjau dari persepsi anak terhadap kedemokratisan pola asuh ayah dan ibu

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi anak terhadap kedemokratisan pola asuh ayah dan ibu dengan kematangan emosi anak kelas enam sekolah dasar. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas enam SD di SDN Cacaban 4 Magelang, SDN Kedungsari 1 Magelang, dan SDN Kedungsari 5 Magelang. Keseluruhan subjek yang terlibat beijumlah 132 anak (70 anak laki-Iaki dan 62 anak perempuan). Metode pengumpulan data yang dipakai adalah skala kematangan emosi anak, skala persepsi anak terhadap kedemokratisan pola asuh ayah, dan skala persepsi anak terhadap kedemokratisan pola asuh ibu. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kematangan emosi anak dengan persepsi anak terhadap kedemokratisan pola asuh ayah, ditunjukkan dengan Rxiy=0,2I9, p = 0,012 dan sumbangan efektif 4,1%, 2) terdapat hubungan positif dan sangat signifikan antara kematangan emosi anak dengan persepsi anak terhadap kedemokratisan pola asuh ibu, ditunjukkan dengan Rx2y=0,292, p = 0,001 dan sumbangan efektif 7,8%, 3) terdapat hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara kematangan emosi anak dengan persepsi anak terhadap kedemokratisan pola asuh ayah dan ibu, ditunjukkan dengan Rxi^=0,295, p = 0,003 dan sumbangan efektif 11,9%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima.

This research is aimed to define the relationship between child's perception to democratization of the fiither and mother parenting style with emotional maturity of 6th grade in elementary school children. The research subjects are pupils of 6th grade in Cacaban 4, Kedungsan 1, and Kedungsan 5 of Elementary School. The whole subject are 132 children (70 boys and 62 girls). The method to data collecting that is the scale of child's emotional maturity, the scale of child's perception to democratization ofthe father parenting style, and the scale of child's perception to democratization of the mother parenting style. The data analysis is done by regression analysis technique. The result of the research indicated that: 1) there is a significant and positive correlation between child's emotional maturity with child's perception to democratization of the father parenting style, showed that Rxiy= 0,219, p — 0,012 and effective contribution = 4,1%; 2) there is a too significant and positive correlation between child's emotional maturity with child's perception to democratization of the mother parenting style, showed that Rxiy ~ 0,292, p = 0,001, and effective contribution 7,8%; 3) there is a too significant correlation between child's emotional maturity with cMd's perception to democratization of the fether and mother parenting style, showed that Rxi2y= 0,295, p = 0,003, and effective contribution 11,9%. The conclusion of this research that the hypothesis is accepted.
