Work-Life Balance, Burnout, dan Resiliensi: Analisis Hubungan Saling Pengaruh Pada Karyawan Industri Kreatif

Transformasi dunia kerja akibat globalisasi, digitalisasi, dan perubahan pola kerja telah menciptakan tantangan baru dalam menjaga keseimbangan kehidupan kerja (work-life balance/WLB), khususnya di sektor industri kreatif yang menuntut fleksibilitas, inovasi, dan ketahanan psikologis tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh dimensi-dimensi WLB terhadap resiliensi, serta peran resiliensi terhadap burnout kemudian peran burnout terhadap dimensi-dimensi WLB pada karyawan di dua perusahaan industri kreatif di Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 230 responden, serta analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Jamovi versi 2.6.26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh dimensi WLB baik yang bersifat konflik maupun sinergi berpengaruh positif terhadap resiliensi. Resiliensi berperan signifikan dalam menurunkan tingkat burnout. Selain itu, burnout juga mempengaruhi persepsi individu terhadap dimensi WLB secara kompleks
The transformation of the world of work due to globalization, digitalization, and changes in work patterns has created new challenges in maintaining work-life balance (WLB), particularly in the creative industry sector, which demands high levels of flexibility, innovation, and psychological resilience. This study aims to examine the influence of WLB dimensions on resilience, the role of resilience in reducing burnout, and the impact of burnout on employees' perceptions of WLB dimensions. The research was conducted among employees at two creative industry companies in Yogyakarta. A quantitative approach was applied using a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to 230 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression with the help of Jamovi software version 2.6.26. The findings indicate that all dimensions of WLB, whether conflict-based or synergy-based, have a positive influence on resilience. Resilience plays a significant role in reducing burnout. Moreover, burnout also affects individuals’ perceptions of WLB dimensions in complex ways.
