Perancangan Paket Wisata Gastronomi: Cirebon on Two Wheels

Kota Cirebon memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan wisata gastronomi, yang merupakan hasil sejarah dan akulturasi budaya yang kaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi komponen paket wisata dan merancang paket wisata gastronomi di Kota Cirebon dengan moda transportasi sepeda. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, ditemukan beberapa tempat yang akan dijadikan lokasi wisata gastronomi yaitu Pawon Bogana Keraton Kacirebonan, Empal Gentong H. Apud, Nasi Jamblang Mang Dul, dan Tahu Gejrot Mang Wardi di Pasar Kanoman. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa empat elemen gastronomi yaitu sejarah, budaya, lanskap geografis, dan metode memasak merupakan elemen yang dapat dijadikan atraksi wisata gastronomi yang menarik. Berdasarkan identifikasi komponen dan potensi tersebut, dirancang dua paket wisata half day tour: "Cirebon on Two Wheels: Half-Day Gastronomy Bike Tour" dan "Cirebon on Two Wheels: Sepiring Warisan Cirebon". Hasil penelitian ini berhasil menyajikan model paket wisata inovatif yang memadukan kekayaan kuliner, budaya, dan aktivitas fisik di Kota Cirebon.

Cirebon City possesses significant potential for gastronomy tourism development, stemming from its rich history and cultural acculturation. This research aims to identify the components of a tour package and design gastronomy tour packages in Cirebon City using bicycles as the mode of transportation. The research employed a qualitative method, utilizing observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. Based on the research findings, several locations identified as gastronomy tourism sites include Pawon Bogana Keraton Kacirebonan, Empal Gentong H. Apud, Nasi Jamblang Mang Dul, and Tahu Gejrot in Pasar Kanoman. Furthermore, it was found that four gastronomic elements namely history, culture, geographical landscape, and cooking methods are attractive components for gastronomy tourism attractions. Based on the identification of these components and potentials, two half-day tour packages were designed: "Cirebon on Two Wheels: Half-Day Gastronomy Bike Tour" and "Cirebon on Two Wheels: Sepiring Warisan Cirebon". The results of this study successfully present an innovative tour package model that combines culinary richness, culture, and physical activity in Cirebon City.
