Peran Job Autonomy terhadap Psychological Well-being pada Karyawan Kontrak PT Rekaindo Global Jasa

Bagi karyawan, psychological well-being merupakan dimensi krusial yang perlu memperoleh perhatian serius dari manajemen. Meski hal ini penting, tidak semua pekerja kontrak menunjukkan tingkat psychological well-being yang tinggi. Berdasarkan Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) Model, job autonomy merupakan job resources penting yang mampu mengoptimalkan psychological well-being. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran job autonomy terhadap psychological well-being pada karyawan kontrak PT Rekaindo Global Jasa. Partisipan penelitian ini, yaitu sebanyak 100 karyawan kontrak PT Rekaindo Global Jasa yang kriterianya telah ditentukan. Data dipilih menggunakan pendekatan non probability sampling dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan bahwa job autonomy berperan positif dan signifikan terhadap psychological well-being sebesar 2,2% pada karyawan kontrak PT Rekaindo Global Jasa. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya peningkatan job autonomy dalam upaya meningkatkan psychological well-being karyawan kontrak PT Rekaindo Global Jasa.

For employees, psychological well-being is a crucial dimension that requires serious attention from management. Although this is important, not all contract workers show a high level of psychological well-being. Based on the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) Model, job autonomy is an important job resource that can optimize psychological well-being. Thus, this study aims to determine the role of job autonomy on the psychological well-being of contract employees of PT Rekaindo Global Jasa. The participants of this study were 100 contract employees of PT Rekaindo Global Jasa whose criteria have been determined. Data were selected using a non-probability sampling approach using a purposive sampling technique. The results of a simple linear regression analysis showed that job autonomy played a positive and significant role on psychological well-being by 2.2% in contract employees of PT Rekaindo Global Jasa. This finding emphasizes the importance of increasing job autonomy in efforts to improve the psychological well-being of contract employees of PT Rekaindo Global Jasa.
