UNGKAPAN SIMPATI DALAM UNGGAHAN KASUS TERKAIT KDRT DI TIKTOK: KAJIAN SOSIOPRAGMATIK

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena interaksi di media sosial sebagai platform untuk berinteraksi dan berbagi kisah hidup. Melalui media sosial TikTok, masyarakat dapat berbagi perasaan, seperti ungkapan simpati, khususnya pada konteks video dengan wacana kasus KDRT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan ungkapan simpati, berupa aneka tindak tutur, strategi kesantunan, fungsi, dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pengungkapan simpati pada kasus KDRT di media sosial TikTok. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data berasal dari kolom komentar yang mengandung ungkapan simpati pada tiga video viral di TikTok yang membahas tentang kasus KDRT. Hasil klasifikasi data ditemukan 97 data ungkapan simpati yang diambil melalui tangkapan layar pada kolom komentar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan teoritis pragmatik dan sosiopragmatik. Hasil penelitian menemukan tiga tindak tutur yang digunakan untuk mengungkapkan simpati pada video kasus KDRT di TikTok, yaitu tindak tutur ekspresif, direktif, dan representatif. Tindak tutur ekspresif menjadi yang paling dominan digunakan. Kemudian pengungkapan simpati dituturkan menggunakan tiga strategi kesantunan, yaitu strategi positive politeness, bald-on record (langsung), dan off-record (tidak langsung). Strategi yang paling banyak digunakan adalah strategi positive politeness. Ungkapan simpati pada konteks penelitian ini memiliki fungsi untuk mengekpresikan kepedulian, menciptakan solidaritas, memberikan dorongan semangat hidup, mengakui perasaan atau penderitaan korban KDRT, dan memberikan dukungan psikologis. Terdapat tiga faktor utama yang memengaruhi pengungkapan simpati, yaitu faktor sosial, faktor budaya, dan faktor platform yang diperkuat dengan analisis komponen SPEAKING. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ungkapan simpati pada video kasus KDRT di TikTok merupakan hasil dari interaksi yang terbentuk melalui berbagai unsur sosial, linguistik, dan kultural.

This research is inspired by the phenomenon of interaction on social media as a platform for interacting and sharing life stories. People use TikTok as a medium to express their feelings, such as sympathy, especially regarding domestic violence cases often found in TikTok. This study aims to describe the expression of sympathy found in videos of domestic violence cases on TikTok in the form of various speech acts, politeness strategies, functions, and factors that influence the expression of sympathy. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The data population is the comments on the comment column on three viral videos on TikTok, which discuss the domestic violence cases, and the data samples are the comments that contained expressions of sympathy. The researcher found 97 data on expressions of sympathy taken through screenshots in the comments column. This research uses pragmatics and sociopragmatics theoretical approaches. Through data analysis, the researcher found three speech acts used to express sympathy in the domestic violence video cases on TikTok, namely expressive, directive, and representative speech acts. Expressive speech acts are the most dominant ones used by netizens in the comment column. The expression of sympathy is spoken using three politeness strategies, namely positive politeness, bald-on record (direct), and off-record (indirect) strategies. The most widely used strategy is the positive politeness strategy. The sympathy expressions found in this research also have five functions: to express care, create solidarity, provide encouragement, validate the feelings or suffering of victims of domestic violence, and provide psychological support. Through analysis of SPEAKING components, the researcher found three main factors that influenced the expression of sympathy, namely social factors, cultural factors, and platform factors. The results show that the expression of sympathy in the domestic violence video cases on TikTok is the result of interactions formed through various social, linguistic, and cultural elements.
