The rapid growth of startup-based companies in Indonesia forces companies to remain adaptive in formulating strategies to ensure their sustainability, one of which is human resource management through the implementation of flexible work arrangements. Flexible work arrangements are defined as opportunities given to employees to choose work locations outside the office. PT Integrasi Teknologi Unggas is a startup in the poultry industry that has adopted flexible work arrangements to address both employee and organizational needs. This study examines the effect of perceived flexible work arrangements on employee productivity, with job satisfaction serving as a mediating variable at PT Integrasi Teknologi Unggas. A quantitative approach was used, using purposive sampling to select respondents. Data were collected via a self-administered electronic questionnaire or google form distributed to employees who have worked at PT Integrasi Teknologi Unggas for more than three months or who have completed their probationary period. A total of 131 valid responses were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the research hypotheses. The findings reveal that perceived flexible work arrangements give a negative effect on employee productivity. However, job satisfaction does not mediate the negative relationship between flexible work arrangements and employee productivity.
