Evaluasi Pelatihan Edukasi Penyakit Ginjal Kronik Dengan 4C/ID di RSUD Malingping

Latar Belakang: Dokter internship memiliki peran penting dalam upaya promotif dan preventif, terutama pada pelayanan primer. Penyakit ginjal kronik (PGK) termasuk penyakit katastropik yang menempati peringkat ke-4 dalam pembiayaan BPJS. Edukasi yang efektif kepada pasien PGK menjadi salah satu upaya penting dalam menekan progresivitas penyakit. Namun, keterampilan edukasi ini belum terstruktur dalam pelatihan dokter internship. Model pembelajaran 4C/ID (Four Component Instructional Design) memberikan pendekatan sistematis dalam mengembangkan keterampilan edukasi klinis.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh pelatihan edukasi pasien dengan penyakit ginjal kronik berbasis model 4C/ID terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan edukasi dokter internship yang bertugas di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Malingping.
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan pre-eksperimental dengan pre-post test design. Subjek adalah dokter internship di RSUD Malingping. Intervensi berupa pelatihan edukasi penyakit ginjal kronik stadium G1 dan G2, berbasis model 4C/ID yang meliputi komponen learning tasks, supportive information, procedural information, dan part-task practice. Pengukuran dilakukan melalui uji MCQ, lembar observasi keterampilan edukasi dan komunikasi, serta refleksi peserta. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dan paired t-test.
Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan edukasi berbasis model 4C/ID memberikan peningkatan yang signifikan pada berbagai aspek. Secara statistik, terjadi peningkatan signifikan pada skor pengetahuan dokter internship setelah pelatihan (p < 0>
Kesimpulan: Pelatihan edukasi penyakit ginjal kronik yang dikembangkan berdasarkan model 4C/ID terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan edukasi dokter internship, khususnya dalam konteks pelayanan primer. Model pembelajaran ini dapat menjadi alternatif yang sangat potensial untuk diaplikasikan dalam pengembangan program pelatihan edukasi penyakit kronik lainnya di berbagai fasilitas kesehatan primer, sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan promotif dan preventif di masa depan.

Methods: This research employed a pre-experimental pre-post test design. The subjects were internship doctors at Malingping Hospital. The intervention consisted of CKD stage G1 and G2 education training using the 4C/ID model, which includes the components of learning tasks, supportive information, procedural information, and part-task practice. Assessments were conducted through multiple-choice questions (MCQs), observation sheets of educational and communication skills, and participant reflections.
