RENCANA PENGEMBANGAN BISNIS HOTEL WISMA PANCOERAN BERBASIS TUR DESA WISATA

Hotel Wisma Pancoeran is one of the main choices for tourists looking for comfortable and quality accommodation. Hotel Wisma Pancoeran located in Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta, which has very interesting tourism potential to be developed in tour packages. The development of village tourism tour packages offers great opportunities to improve the economy of rural communities and promote local potential. The purpose of this study is to develop the business development of Hotel Wisma Pancoeran through village tourism tours. This study uses thematic analysis with a qualitative approach and NPV analysis with a quantitative approach. Data collection with a qualitative approach uses interview techniques, observation, and literature review. Meanwhile, the quantitative approach uses project value feasibility calculations optimist, normal, and pessimist namely NPV, IRR, and Payback Period analysis.
The results of the empathy map study show that consumers want a diverse and meaningful experience on every trip. Consumers use reviews and testimonials in decision making because they provide real and reliable information, thus reducing the risk of dissatisfaction during their stay. Consumers provide recommendations on the importance of adjusting tourism information to the recipient's preferences, ranging from natural beauty, culinary, family facilities, to cultural experiences. Consumers tend to combine information from various sources to ensure the right choice of accommodation and according to their needs when traveling. Consumer concerns are on difficult access, lack of supporting services and facilities, and limitations in food choices that include comfort during their stay. Consumers' desires are for a comfortable stay experience physically and technically, as well as rich in natural and cultural activities, with a calm atmosphere and complete facilities to meet the needs of relaxation, productivity, family entertainment, and cultural enrichment.
