PENGARUH KINERJA ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL, DAN GOVERNANCE (ESG), ASSET-LIGHT, DAN STRUKTUR MODAL TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN (STUDI EMPIRIS PADA SEKTOR PERBANKAN DI ASEAN-5)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris terkait pengaruh kinerja environmental, social, dan governance (ESG), asset-light, dan struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan perbankan di ASEAN-5 tahun 2019-2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metodologi analisis regresi berganda dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non-probability dan tipe purposive sampling. Melalui teknik purposive sampling diperoleh 47 perusahaan dengan observasi sebanyak 176.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja ESG terbukti berpengaruh dengan arah negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Selain itu, strategi asset-light berpengaruh dengan arah positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Struktur modal juga menunjukkan pengaruh dengan arah negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan.

This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance, asset-light, and capital structure on the value of banking companies in ASEAN-5 in 2019-2023. This research is a quantitative study using multiple regression analysis methodology with a non-probability sampling technique and purposive sampling type. Through the purposive sampling technique, 47 companies were obtained with 176 observations. The results of this study indicate that ESG performance has a negative impact on firm value. In addition, the asset-light strategy has a positive impact on firm value. Capital structure also has a negative impact on firm value.
