Peran Kepemimpinan Etis terhadap Kepuasan Kelompok dalam Kegiatan KKN-PPM Dimoderasi oleh Gender Pemimpin

Kepuasan kelompok krusial dalam efektivitas program kelompok seperti KKN-PPM. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh kepemimpinan etis terhadap kepuasan kelompok dalam konteks KKN-PPM Universitas Gadjah Mada, serta peran moderasi gender pemimpin. Menggunakan desain kuantitatif ex post facto, data dikumpulkan dari 410 mahasiswa peserta KKN melalui survei daring yang menilai kepemimpinan etis Koordinator Mahasiswa Subunit (Kormasit) (modifikasi Khan & Javed) dan kepuasan kelompok (modifikasi Mason & Griffin). Analisis regresi moderasi menunjukkan kepemimpinan etis berpengaruh positif secara kuat dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kelompok (? = 0,564, p < 0 xss=removed xss=removed>

Group satisfaction is crucial for the effectiveness of group programs like KKN-PPM. This study examines the influence of ethical leadership on group satisfaction within the context of KKN-PPM at Universitas Gadjah Mada, and the moderating role of leader gender. Using a quantitative ex post facto design, data were collected from 410 KKN student participants via an online survey assessing their Subunit Student Coordinator's (Kormasit) ethical leadership (modified Khan & Javed) and group satisfaction (modified Mason & Griffin). Moderated regression analysis showed ethical leadership has a strong and significant positive influence on group satisfaction (? = 0.564, p < 0 xss=removed xss=removed>
