Pengaruh Media Sosial terhadap Tatanan Batin Tokoh dalam Film Budi Pekerti: Analisis Psikologi Sastra

INTISARI

Penelitian ini berfokus pada tatanan batin tokoh utama film Budi Pekerti. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap bentuk-bentuk tatanan batin tokoh dan pengaruh media sosial terhadap tatanan batin tokoh dalam film Budi Pekerti. Tatanan batin dapat terlihat melalui deskripsi terhadap struktur kepribadian tokoh menggunakan teori psikoanalisis Sigmund Freud. Data pada penelitian ini berupa dialog dan tindakan tokoh yang dikumpulkan dengan metode kualititatif dan dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil analisis ini menunjukkan adanya perbedaan respons tatanan batin dari para tokoh berdasarkan tingkat aktivitas media sosial. Saat tekanan akibat cyberbullying meningkat, tokoh Bu Prani dan Tita secara perlahan menunjukkan dorongan id dan ego yang menekan superego. Lalu, Muklas sebagai tokoh dengan kontak media sosial paling banyak memiliki dorongan id yang menekan ego dan superego sehingga menciptakan keputusan-keputusan agresif. Sementara itu, tokoh Pak Didit yang tidak memiliki kontak langsung dengan media sosial mengalami konflik batin yang tidak terlalu kompleks dibandingkan ketiga tokoh lainnya. Hal ini menunjukkan tingginya aktivitas media sosial dapat mempengaruhi dominasi dorongan id pada diri seseorang.

ABSTRACT

This research focuses on the inner order of the main character of the film Budi Pekerti. The purpose of this research is to uncover the forms of the mental order of the characters and the influence of social media on the inner order of the characters in the film Budi Pekerti. The inner order can be seen through the description of the personality structure of the character using Sigmund Freud's psychoanalytic theory. The data in this study is in the form of dialogues and actions of figures collected by qualitative methods and analyzed using descriptive analysis methods. The results of this analysis show that there is a difference in the response of the inner order of the characters based on the level of social media activity. As the pressure due to cyberbullying increases, the characters of Bu Prani and Tita slowly show the push of id and ego that suppress the superego. Then, Muklas as the figure with the most social media contacts has an id impulse that suppresses the ego and superego so as to create aggressive decisions. Meanwhile, the character of Mr. Didit, who does not have direct contact with social media, experiences an inner conflict that is not too complex compared to the other three figures. This shows that high social media activity can affect the dominance of id impulses in a person.
