stunting yang relatif tinggi di provinsi Bengkulu tahun 2021 hingga 2024
menjadi persoalan kompleks yang harus diselesaikan. Persoalan tersebut tentu
memberikan kekhawatiran terhadap pemerintah provinsi Bengkulu. Dengan situasi
itu, pemerintah provinsi Bengkulu mengambil langkah cepat dan solutif yakni
melakukan kampanye pencegahan stunting secara komprehensif. Upaya pemerintah
provinsi Bengkulu direpresentasikan oleh Dinas Kesehatan provinsi Bengkulu. Peneliti
menggunakan pisau analisis model kampanye Ostergaard untuk melihat kampanye
pencegahan stunting oleh Dinas kesehatan provinsi Bengkulu. Penelitian ini
bersifat kualitatif dan menggunakan metode studi kasus Sharan Merriam.
Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara (indept interview), observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan Dinas Kesehatan provinsi Bengkulu
berhasil untuk menerapkan proses kampanye yang efektif untuk mencegah
stunting di Bengkulu.
The relatively high stunting rate
in Bengkulu province from 2021 to 2024 is a complex problem that must be
resolved. This problem certainly gives concern to the Bengkulu provincial
government. With this situation, the Bengkulu provincial government took quick
and solutive steps, namely conducting a comprehensive stunting prevention
campaign. The efforts of the Bengkulu provincial government are represented by
the Bengkulu provincial Health Office. Researchers used Ostergaard's campaign
model analysis knife to see the stunting prevention campaign by the Bengkulu
provincial health office. This research is qualitative and uses the Sharan
Merriam case study method. Data collection was conducted using indept
interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results showed that
the Health Office of Bengkulu province succeeded in implementing an effective
campaign process to prevent stunting in Bengkulu.
