Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun rencana strategis bagi Cakrawala Bisnis (CB) guna meningkatkan pendapatan non-akademik secara berkelanjutan. Analisis dilakukan terhadap lingkungan eksternal menggunakan metode PESTEL untuk mengidentifikasi faktor politik, ekonomi, sosial, teknologi, lingkungan, dan hukum yang memengaruhi operasional CB. Selanjutnya, analisis internal berdasarkan Thompson (2022) digunakan untuk mengevaluasi sumber daya dan kapabilitas yang menjadi keunggulan kompetitif, yang kemudian diperkuat dengan analisis TOWS untuk merumuskan strategi yang sesuai. Evaluasi terhadap visi dan misi CB dilakukan untuk menentukan kesesuaian dengan kondisi terkini dan arah pengembangan institusi. Hasil evaluasi ini menjadi dasar dalam merancang strategi yang lebih relevan dan adaptif terhadap tantangan serta peluang yang ada.
This study aims to develop a strategic plan for the Cakrawala Bisnis (CB) to sustainably increase non-academic income. An analysis of the external environment is conducted using the PESTEL method to identify political, economic, social, technological, environmental, and legal factors that influence CB's operations. Additionally, an internal analysis based on Thompson (2022) is used to evaluate resources and capabilities that form the competitive advantage, which is further strengthened by a TOWS analysis to formulate appropriate strategies. An evaluation of CB’s mission and vision is carried out to determine their alignment with the current situation and institutional development direction. The results of this evaluation serve as a foundation for designing strategies that are more relevant and adaptive to the existing challenges and opportunities.
The strategic plan is developed using the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) approach based on Doerr's (2018) framework. OKRs are used to formulate clear and measurable goals with specific success indicators. The strategic plan focuses on asset optimization, strengthening partnerships, improving operational efficiency, and digital transformation in business management. As a follow-up, various initiatives are added to support the achievement of strategic targets, including the implementation of a digital asset management system, strengthening marketing strategies, optimizing customer services, and developing human resources through the recruitment of digital experts and internship programs. With this strategy, CB is expected to significantly enhance its competitiveness, operational efficiency, and non-academic income.
