ANALISIS WACANA KRITIS TUTURAN KEMARAHAN MORAL WARGANET DALAM PENGGUNAAN SUNGAI SEINE UNTUK OLIMPIADE 2024 DI INSTAGRAM

Menjelang Olimpiade Paris 2024, muncul tagar #JeChieDansLaSeineLe23Juin sebagai bentuk protes terhadap proyek pembersihan Sungai Seine yang telah berlangsung sejak 1989. Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi wacana kemarahan moral yang diekspresikan oleh warganet dalam penolakan penggunaan Sungai Seine yang muncul menjelang Olimpiade Paris 2024. Sumber data utama penelitian ini adalah komentar pengguna internet pada Instagram reels @konbini mengenai aksi Anne Hidalgo untuk berenang di Sungai Seine pada hari Rabu, 17 Juli 2024. Tahapan penelitian deskriptif-kualitatif ini dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi pola tuturan berdasarkan teori deprivasi relatif Ted Robert Gurr serta menyelidiki faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakanginya menggunakan teori tridimensional Norman Fairclough. Hasil analisis ditemukan keseluruhan data ekspresi kemarahan sebanyak (1) 78 ungkapan ketidakpuasan, (2) 89 ungkapan kebencian, dan (3) 26 ungkapan ketidakadilan. Berdasarkan teori gaya komunikasi, didapatkan data berupa (1) 13 data submisif, (2) 60 data asertif, (3) 105 data pasif-agresif, (4) 41 data agresif, dan (5) 21 data manipulatif.

Ahead of the 2024 Paris Olympics, the hashtag #JeChieDansLaSeineLe23Juin emerged as a form of protest against the Seine River cleaning project that has been ongoing since 1989. This study analyses the discourse strategy of moral outrage expressed by netizens in the rejection of the use of the Seine River that emerged ahead of the 2024 Paris Olympics. The main data source of this research are comments on Instagram reels @konbini regarding Anne Hidalgo's action to swim in the Seine River on Wednesday, 17 July 2024. This descriptive-qualitative research  was conducted by identifying speech patterns based on Ted Robert Gurr's relative deprivation theory and investigating the factors behind them  using Norman Fairclough's tridimensional theory. The results of the analysis showed that the total data of anger expressions were (1) 78 expressions of dissatisfaction, (2) 89 expressions of hatred, and (3) 26 expressions of injustice. Based on the theory of communication style, the data were (1) 13 submissive data, (2) 60 assertive data, (3) 105 passive-aggressive data, (4) 41 aggressive data, and (5) 21 manipulative data.
