Analisis Penerimaan Pengguna Rekam Medis Elektronik Berbasis Metode UTAUT 2 dI Puskesmas Wilayah Kabupaten Bantul

Latar Belakang: Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam bidang kesehatan salah satunya adalah penggunaan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME). Puskemas di wilayah Kabupaten Bantul telah menggunakan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) sejak awal tahun 2023 pada pelayanan rawat jalan. Pada implementasinya masih belum optimal sistem yang sering error, proses loading lama, beberapa fitur tidak dapat digunakan, kegagalan dalam menyimpan data. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan analisis penerimaan pengguna terhadap RME menggunakan metode UTAUT 2. 

Tujuan: Menganalisis penerimaan pengguna terhadap rekam medis elektronik menggunakan UTAUT 2 di Puskesmas wilayah Kabupaten Bantul 

Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah 27 puskesmas di Wilayah Kabupaten Bantul. Subjek penelitian yaitu 3 puskesmas yang dipilih menggunakan metode cluster random sampling yaitu Puskesmas Sedayu II, Puskesmas Banguntapan II, Puskemas Sewon I dengan responden 100 pengguna yang dipilih berdasarkan purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 4.0. 

Hasil: Penerimaan pengguna RME dipengaruhi oleh effort expectancy, habit, perceived security, sedangkan facilitating conditions, performace expectancy, price value, social influence, perceived trust berpengaruh negatif dan dinyatakan tidak berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan pengguna RME.

Kesimpulan: Rekam Medis Elektronik secara keseluruhan sudah berjalan baik, namum masih terdapat beberapa kendala seperti akses internet yang lama sehingga diperlukan adanya perbaikan pada jaringan internet agar lebih stabil.

Background: The use of information technology in the health sector, one of which is the use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Public health centers in Bantul Regency have been using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) since early 2023 for outpatient services. In its implementation, the system is still not optimal, often error, long loading process, some features cannot be used, failure to save data. For this reason, it is necessary to conduct an analysis of user acceptance of EMR using the UTAUT 2 method.

Objective: Analyzing user acceptance of electronic medical records using UTAUT 2 at Public Health Centers in Bantul Regency

Method: The type of quantitative research with a cross-sectional research design. The population of the study was 27 public health centers in Bantul Regency. The subjects of the study were 3 public health centers selected using the cluster random sampling method, namely Sedayu II Health Center, Banguntapan II Health Center, Sewon I Health Center with 100 respondents selected based on purposive sampling. Data analysis used SEM-PLS with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software.

Results: User acceptance of EMR is influenced by effort expectancy, habit, perceived security. While facilitating conditions, performance expectancy, price value, social influence, perceived trust have a negative effect and are stated to have no effect on user acceptance of EMR..

Conclusion: Overall, Electronic Medical Records has been running well, but there are still some obstacles such as slow internet access, so improvements are needed to the internet network to make it more stable.
