Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) merupakan bagi . Metode interpretasi visual digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi dan memperoleh informasi mengenai ruang terbuka hijau. Perubahan ruang terbuka hijau publik dipantau melalui Teknik overlay pada peta RTH tahun 2014 dan 2021 . Pengambilan sampel lapangan pakai metode stratified random sampling, dan uji akurasi dilakukan dengan confusion matrix. Dari hasil penelitian, diperoleh bahwa akurasi pemetaan Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) publik dengan citra WorldView 2 adalah 90,61%, sementara pada citra Pleiades, akurasinya lebih tinggi, yaitu 91,80%. Pemetaan perubahan Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) antara tahun 2014 dan 2021 menunjukkan bahwa 410,732 hektar RTH tidak berubah, 6,122 hektar mengalami penambahan, dan sebesar 34,867 hektar mengalami perubahan.

Beberapa jenis RTH yang ada di Kecamatan Kranggan yaitu taman kelurahan, taman RW, taman RT, pemakaman, jalur hijau, Kawasan perlindungan setempat, Kawasan pertanian, pekarangan rumah, persil pada zona perumahan, persil pada zona perkantoran, persil pada zona perdagangan & jasa serta sungai. Persentase RTH privat di Kecamatan Kranggan telah memenuhi ketetapan 10?ik di tahun 2014 (36,63%) maupun 2021 (30,56%). Persentase RTH publik di Kecamatan Kranggan yaitu 6,36% di tahun 2014 dan 6,41 % di tahun 2021 sehingga belum memenuhi ketetapan 20%.

Green Open Space (GOS) is essential in urban areas, contributing to ecosystem balance, providing recreation, and fostering publik interaction. Rapid urban development poses challenges in meeting GOS needs in several regions. The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs issued Regulation ATR/BPN No. 14 of 2022 on the Provision and Utilization of Green Open Spaces. This regulation offers a breakthrough in addressing challenges related to GOS provision. This study aims to (1) Assess the capability of WorldView-2 and Pleiades imagery in mapping information related to green open space availability, (2) Examine changes in green open space in Kranggan Subdistrict from 2014 to 2021, and (3) Determine the availability of green open space in Kranggan Subdistrict from 2014 to 2021

The method used to obtain green open space information involved visual interpretation. Changes in publik GOS were monitored by overlaying GOS maps from 2014 and 2021. Field sampling was conducted using a stratified random sampling method, and accuracy testing was performed using a confusion matrix. The results show that the accuracy of public GOS mapping using WorldView-2 imagery was 90,610%, while for Pleiades imagery, the accuracy reached 91,801%. The mapping of Green Open Space (GOS) changes between 2014 and 2021 revealed that 410.732 hectares of GOS remained unchanged, 6.122 hectares were added, and 34.867 hectares underwent changes. Various types of GOS identified in Kranggan District include sub-district parks, RW parks, RT parks, cemeteries, green corridors, local protection areas, agricultural zones, residential yards, parcels in residential zones, office zones, trade and service zones, as well as rivers. The percentage of private GOS met the minimum requirement of 10%, with 36.63% in 2014 and 30.56% in 2021. In contrast, public GOS accounted for only 6.36% in 2014 and 6.41% in 2021, falling short of the 20% requirement
