ANALISIS MANAJEMEN RISIKO TERHADAP PENCAPAIAN TARGET TAHUNAN STUDI PADA PT HAKAASTON

PT Hakaaston merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penyediaan hotmix dan layanan operasi serta pemeliharaan jalan tol. Dalam upaya mencapai target peningkatan laba bersih pada tahun 2024, perusahaan menghadapi berbagai tantangan berupa risiko bisnis yang kompleks akibat perubahan lingkungan eksternal dan internal. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, penerapan manajemen risiko yang efektif menjadi sangat penting dalam mendukung pencapaian target perusahaan.

Penelitian ini menganalisis risiko perusahaan dengan menggunakan House of Risk (HOR) untuk membantu PT Hakaaston dalam mencapai target bisnis tahun 2024. Metode yang digunakan terdiri dari tiga tahap: HOR fase 1 untuk mengidentifikasi dan menilai risk agents berdasarkan nilai Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP), analisis Diagram Pareto untuk menentukan prioritas risk agent yang paling signifikan, dan HOR fase 2 untuk merancang tindakan pencegahan (preventive actions) yang efektif.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 19 risk events yang berpotensi mengganggu proses bisnis perusahaan. Dari analisis Diagram Pareto, 5 risk agents utama diidentifikasi sebagai penyebab terbesar yang bertanggung jawab atas 80?ri total risiko perusahaan. Tahap HOR fase 2 kemudian menghasilkan 24 tindakan pencegahan dengan 10 tindakan prioritas yang direkomendasikan untuk dapat diimplementasikan, termasuk evaluasi dan perawatan berkala alat, inovasi produksi dengan konversi BBM ke CNG dan peningkatan kapasitas operasional pada hari besar. Implementasi strategi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan stabilitas operasional dan daya saing PT Hakaaston sehingga mendukung pencapaian target bisnis PT Hakaaston secara berkelanjutan.

PT Hakaaston is a company engaged in the provision of hotmix and operational services, as well as toll road maintenance. In its efforts to achieve the target of increasing net profit by 2024, the company faces various challenges in the form of complex business risks due to changes in both external and internal environments. To address these challenges, the implementation of effective risk management becomes crucial in supporting the achievement of the company's targets.

This study analyzes the company's risks using the House of Risk (HOR) method to assist PT Hakaaston in achieving its business targets for 2024. The method used consists of three stages: HOR phase 1 involves identifying and assessing risk agents based on the Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) value, Pareto Diagram analysis is used to determine the priority of the most significant risk agents, and HOR phase 2 designs effective preventive actions.

The results of the study indicate that there are 19 risk events with the potential to disrupt the company's business processes. From the Pareto Diagram analysis, 5 main risk agents are identified as the largest contributors, responsible for 80% of the company's total risk. HOR phase 2 then produces 24 preventive actions, with 10 priority actions recommended for implementation, including regular equipment evaluation and maintenance, production innovation through the conversion of fuel to CNG, and enhancing operational capacity on peak days. The implementation of this strategy is expected to improve PT Hakaaston's operational stability and competitiveness, thereby supporting the sustainable achievement of PT Hakaaston's business targets.
