Hubungan Peran Motivasi Belajar Terhadap Indeks Prestasi Mahasiswa Pre-Klinik Program Studi Kedokteran Reguler Angkatan 2020 di Universitas Gadjah Mada

Salah satu fase kritis yang sangat berpengaruh dalam dunia perkuliahan mahasiswa adalah fase transisi perkuliahan dari pandemic COVID-19. Situasi pandemi COVID-19 memiliki banyak ketidakpastian akibat adanya berbagai adaptasi yang cepat dapat berakibat pada masalah kondisi kesehatan mental. Motivasi belajar memegang salah satu peran penting dalam naik dan turunnya prestasi belajar. Pada situasi transisi pandemi terdapat kebiasaaan terbentuk yang mengarah pada rendahnya semangat dan motivasi belajar.dengan adanya fenomena tersebut menggambarkan bahwa pentingnya dilakukan evaluasi motivasi pada mahasiswa, diharapan dengan dilakukannya hal tersebut mahasiswa dapat mengenali dan kedepannya mememaksimalkan motivasi guna mendukung proses dan hasil pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan motivasi belajar terhadap indeks prestasi mahasiswa pre-clinic program studi kedokteran reguler Angkatan 2020 di Universitas Gajah Mada. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif desain cross sectional. Sampel penelitian mahasiswa pre-clinic program studi kedokteran Reguler Angkatan 2020 di Universitas Gajah Mada Angkatan 2020 yang berstatus masih aktif berkuliah di Semester Ganjil 2023/2024 yang berjumlah 124 orang. Analisis data merupakan proses akhir dalam penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik atau metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar mahasiswa pre-clinic Program Studi Kedokteran Reguler angkatan 2020 di Universitas Gajah Mada paling banyak dalam kategori sedang (66,7%). Indeks prestasi mahasiswa pre-clinic program studi kedokteran angkatan 2020 di Universitas Gajah Mada memiliki nilai rata-rata 3,85. Terdapat hubungan kedua variabel searah dan korelasi bernilai sangat lemah antara motivasi belajar terhadap indeks prestasi mahasiswa Pre-Clinic Program Studi Kedokteran reguler Angkatan 2020 di Universitas Gajah Mada (p=0,0233) (r= 0,127). Kesimpulannya Terdapat hubungan yang sangat lemah antara motivasi belajar terhadap indeks prestasi mahasiswa Pre-Clinic Program Studi Kedokteran Reguler Angkatan 2020 di Universitas Gajah Mada

One of the critical phases that is very influential in the world of student education is the transition phase of lectures from the COVID-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic situation has a lot of uncertainty due to various rapid adaptations that can result in mental health problems. Learning motivation plays an important role in the rise and fall of learning achievement. In a pandemic transition situation, habits are formed that lead to low enthusiasm and motivation for learning. This phenomenon illustrates the importance of evaluating student motivation. It is hoped that by doing this, students can recognize and in the future maximize motivation to support the learning process and outcomes. The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between the role of learning motivation and the achievement index of pre-clinical students in the medical study program at Gajah Mada University. This research is a descriptive analytical research type with a quantitative approach to cross sectional design. The research sample of pre-clinic students from the Regular medical study program at Gajah Mada University Class of 2020 who were still actively studying in the Odd Semester 2023/2024 was 124 people. Data analysis is the final process in quantitative research. The data analysis technique or method used in this research is univariate and bivariate analysis. The research results show that the learning motivation of pre-clinic students of the 2020 Medical Study Program at Gajah Mada University is mostly in the medium category (66.7%). The achievement index for the 2020 class of preclinical medical study program students at Gajah Mada University has an average score of 3.85. There is a relationship between the two variables in the same direction and a very weak correlation between learning motivation and the achievement index of Pre-Clinic students of the Regular Medical Study Program Class of 2020 at Gajah Mada University (p = 0.0233) (r = 0.127). The Conclusion is There is a very weak relationship between the role of learning motivation on the achievement index of students in the Pre-Clinic Medical Study Program at Gajah Mada University
