Pengaruh University Governance dan Kinerja Perguruan Tinggi Terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan prinsip-prinsip _University Governance_ (transparansi, akuntabilitas, responsibilitas, independensi, dan kesetaraan) dan Kinerja Perguruan Tinggi (kinerja tata pamong tata kelola dan kerja sama, kinerja mahasiswa, kinerja SDM, kinerja keuangan, dan kinerja luaran capaian tridharma perguruan tinggi) terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa di Politeknik Negeri Semarang (Polines) dan Politeknik Harapan Bersama Tegal (Polharber). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Politeknik Negeri Semarang (Polines) sebanyak 100 mahasiswa dan Politeknik Harapan Bersama Tegal (Polharber) sebanyak 100 mahasiswa.  Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu lembar kuesioner sebanyak 30 item pertanyaan yang di isi oleh mahasiswa menggunakan _google form_ , dalam penelitian ini kuesioner menggunakan _skala likert_ . Teknik analisis Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu analisis berupa teknik uji instrumen penelitian dan teknik analisis data. Teknik uji instrumen penelitian berupa uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) _Implementasi University Governance_ dan Kinerja Perguruan Tinggi di Politeknik Negeri Semarang (Polines) tergolong baik dengan skor nilai 3,81 dan 3,87 atau tergolong kategori (B) dan _implementasi University Governance_ dan Kinerja Perguruan Tinggi di Politeknik Harapan Bersama Tegal (Polharber) tergolong cukup baik dengan skor nilai 3,17 dan 3,35 atau tergolong kategori (C). (2) Kepuasan mahasiswa di Politeknik Negeri Semarang (Polines) tergolong baik dengan skor nilai 3,82 atau tergolong kategori (B) dan kepuasan mahasiswa di Politeknik Harapan Bersama Tegal (Polharber) tergolong cukup baik dengan skor nilai 3,39 atau tergolong kategori (C). 

_The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of implementing the principles of University Governance (transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and equality) and Higher Education Performance (performance of governance and cooperation, student performance, HR performance, financial performance and performance the outcomes of tertiary education tridharma achievements) on student satisfaction at Semarang State Polytechnic (Polines) and Harapan Bersama Tegal Polytechnic (Polharber).This research is quantitative research. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The sample in this research was 100 students from the Semarang State Polytechnic (Polines) and 100 students from the Harapan Bersama Tegal Polytechnic (Polharber). The instrument used was a questionnaire sheet with 30 question items which were filled in by students using Google Form. Analysis techniques The research instruments used are analysis in the form of research instrument testing techniques and data analysis techniques. Research instrument testing techniques include validity tests and reliability tests. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.The results of the research show that: (1) The implementation of University Governance and Higher Education Performance at the Semarang State Polytechnic (Polines) is classified as good with scores of 3.81 and 3.87 or classified as category B and the implementation of University Governance and Higher Education Performance at the Harapan Bersama Polytechnic Tegal (Polharber) is classified as quite good with a score of 3.17 and 3.35 or classified as category C. (2) Student satisfaction at the Semarang State Polytechnic (Polines) is classified as good with a score of 3.82 or classified as category B and student satisfaction at Harapan Bersama Tegal Polytechnic (Polharber) is classified as quite good with a score of 3.39 or categorized as category C._
