Pengaruh Skor ESG dan Women on Board terhadap Kinerja Keuangan: Dimoderasi oleh Women on Board dan Proyek Fairbiz Studi Kasus pada Perusahaan di ASEAN yang Menjadi Sasaran Proyek Fairbiz

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh skor ESG dan women on board (WOB) terhadap kinerja keuangan yang diukur menggunakan return on assets (ROA), serta peran WOB dan proyek FairBiz dalam memoderasi hubungan antara skor ESG dan kinerja keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data panel yang didapatkan dari Refinitiv Eikon dan laporan keuangan perusahaan. Sampel pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 168 perusahaan di enam negara yang menjadi sasaran proyek FairBiz dan menyediakan laporan ESG. Model statistik yang digunakan adalah fixed effect model. Satu dari tujuh hipotesis dalam penelitian ini terdukung. Skor ESG dan WOB tidak memengaruhi kinerja keuangan secara signifikan. WOB terbukti memperlemah pengaruh negatif skor ESG terhadap kinerja keuangan. Sementara proyek FairBiz tidak terbukti memoderasi hubungan antara skor ESG dan kinerja keuangan secara signifikan.

This study aims to examine the influence of ESG scores and women on board (WOB) on financial performance measured using return on assets (ROA), as well as the role of WOB and the FairBiz project in moderating the relationship between ESG scores and financial performance. This study employs a quantitative approach using panel data obtained from Refinitiv Eikon and company financial reports. The sample in this study consists of 168 companies in six countries that are the target of the FairBiz project and provide ESG reports. The statistical model used is the fixed effect model. Only one of the seven hypotheses in this study is supported. ESG scores and WOB do not significantly affect financial performance. WOB is shown to weaken the negative influence of ESG scores on financial performance. However, the FairBiz project is not shown to significantly moderate the relationship between ESG scores and financial performance.
