Pembuatan Peta Online Interaktif Kemahiran Berbahasa Indonesia

Bahasa Indonesia sebagai bahasa nasional dan resmi memiliki peran yang penting dalam berbagai aspek. Uji Kemahiran Berbahasa Indonesia (UKBI) digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan berbahasa Indonesia berdasarkan tujuh tingkatan yang mencerminkan kemahiran berbahasa seseorang. Tampilan peta UKBI saat ini masih sederhana dan belum memperhatikan kaidah kartografi. Pembuatan peta berbasis online yang lebih informatif dan memperhatikan kaidah kartografi diperlukan agar dapat memberikan informasi dengan visualisasi spasial kepada masyarakat.

Pembuatan peta menggunakan data spasial dari Ina-Geoportal serta data non-spasial berupa hasil UKBI dan indeks alibaca dari KEMDIKBUD serta tingkat penyelesaian pendidikan dari BPS. Data divisualisasikan menggunakan perangkat QGIS dan Carto. Variabel visual yang digunakan, seperti value (nilai) yang digambarkan dengan nilai kecerahan warna tertentu. Pengaksesan peta melalui website yang dibuat menggunakan kombinasi bahasa JavaScript, HTML, dan CSS. Peta online ini dipublikasikan di GitHub sebagai website hosting sehingga  dapat mengakses sekaligus mengisi kuesioner uji kegunaan untuk menguji keseluruhan aspek dari website peta online yang telah dibuat.

Hasil peta online interaktif kemahiran berbahasa Indonesia dapat diakses melalui https://s.id/PetaKemahiranBerbahasaIndonesia. Peta ini mempunyai berbagai fitur, seperti legenda, widget, dan informasi peta dapat dimunculkan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna dengan pendekatan customizable mapping experience. Berdasarkan hasil uji kegunaan oleh 100 responden mendapatkan nilai 80,94% untuk keseluruhan lima aspek yang dinilai (learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, dan satisfaction). Hasil uji kegunaan digunakan sebagai acuan untuk perbaikan dan pengembangan website peta online agar lebih baik. 

Indonesian, as the national and official language, has an important role in various aspects. The Indonesian Language Proficiency Test (UKBI) is used to measure Indonesian language skills based on seven levels that reflect a person's language proficiency. The current UKBI map display is still simple and does not pay attention to cartographic principles. Making online-based maps that are more informative and pay attention to cartographic principles is needed in order to provide information with spatial visualization to the public.

Map making uses spatial data from Ina-Geoportal and non-spatial data in the form of UKBI results, the Alibaca index from KEMDIKBUD, and the education completion rate from BPS. The data was visualized using QGIS and Carto tools. Visual variables used, such as value, are depicted with a certain color brightness value. Accessing the map through the website was made using a combination of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS languages. This online map is published on GitHub as a hosting website so that it can access and fill out a usability test questionnaire to test all aspects of the online map website that has been created.

The results of the interactive online map of Indonesian language proficiency can be accessed at https://s.id/PetaKemahiranBerbahasaIndonesia. This map has various features, such as legends and widgets, and map information can be displayed according to user needs with a customizable mapping experience approach. Based on the usability test results of 100 respondents, the score was 80.94% for all five aspects assessed (learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and satisfaction). The usability test results are used as a reference for the improvement and development of the online map website to make it better.
