UJI KEMUDAHGUNAAN KANSEI ENGINEERING-BASED SYSTEM FOR AGROINDUSTRY (KESAN-IDEA) PADA UMKM MENGGUNAKAN METODE SYSTEM USABILITY SCALE (SUS)

Setelah masa pandemi berakhir, jumlah UMKM terus bertambah setiap tahunnya dimana untuk mendapatkan daya saing tinggi, pemilik UMKM diharapkan memiliki karakter yang inovatif dan kreatif. Inovasi pada dasarnya dikembangkan dari ide-ide yang potensial, dalam ranah UMKM artinya berpotensi untuk terjual. Teknologi KESAN-IDEA dibuat sebagai sarana pemilik usaha untuk mengembangkan ide serta gagasannya dengan menerapkan kansei-engineering dan sistem tracker. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan pengujian kemudahgunaan KESAN-IDEA untuk mengetahui tingkat kemudahgunaannya serta umpan balik dari penggunaan KESAN-IDEA sehingga dapat dirumuskan rekomendasi perbaikan yang tepat untuk KESAN-IDEA. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu System Usability Scale (SUS) berdasarkan atribut usabilitas Nielsen dengan alat pengambilan data kuesioner. Proses pengambilan data akan dilakukan pada UMKM agroindustri di DEKRANASDA Kabupaten Sleman. 

Pemberian kuesioner akan menghasilkan data berupa skala dari 1 hingga 5 karena menggunakan skala likert. Dari hasil kuesioner tersebut, akan dihitung skor sesuai dengan perhitungan SUS sehingga diketahui tingkat usabilitas KESAN-IDEA. Tingkatan usabilitas ini menjadi dasar untuk dirumuskannya rekomendasi yang tepat sesuai dengan atribut usabilitas Nielsen. Hasil perhitungan skor SUS yaitu sebesar 59,08 dengan grade ‘D’, adjective ‘OK’, acceptable ‘Less Acceptable’, NPS ‘Passive’, dan percentile rank ‘29%’. Dari data kuesioner, atribut errors dinilai lebih rendah dibanding atribut lainnya. Untuk menyusun rekomendasi perbaikan, disusun diagram sebab akibat yang terdiri dari user, system, procedure, dan environment. Hasil rekomendasi setiap atribut dirumuskan berdasarkan skor SUS dan diagram sebab akibat. Dari penelitian ini, disimpulkan bahwa KESAN-IDEA dapat digunakan dan berfungsi sesuai dengan tujuannya, namun masih banyak aspek yang dapat dikembangkan lagi dalam meningkatkan kenyamanan dan kemudahan penggunaan user.

After the end of the pandemic, the number of MSMEs continues to grow every year where to gain high competitiveness, MSMEs owners are expected to have innovative and creative characters. Innovation is basically developed from potential ideas, which in the scope of MSMEs means that they have the potential to be sold. KESAN-IDEA technology was created as a platform for business owners to develop their ideas by applying kansei engineering and tracker system. In this study, usability testing will be applied to KESAN-IDEA to determine the level of usability level and feedback from the use of KESAN-IDEA so that appropriate improvement recommendations can be formulated for KESAN-IDEA. The method used in this study is the System Usability Scale (SUS) based on Nielsen's usability attributes with a questionnaire data collection tool. The data collection process will be carried out on agroindustry MSMEs at DEKRANASDA Sleman Regency. 

The questionnaire uses a likert scale where the resulting data is a scale from 1 to 5. From the results of the questionnaire, the score will be calculated according to the SUS calculation so that the usability level of KESAN-IDEA is known. This level of usability level will be the basis for the formulation of appropriate recommendations in line with the Nielsen's usability attributes. The results of the SUS score calculation is 59.08 with grade 'D', adjective 'OK', acceptable 'Less Acceptable', NPS 'Passive', and percentile rank '29%'. From the questionnaire data, the errors attribute is rated lower than other attributes. To develop recommendations regarding improvement, a cause and effect diagram consisting of user, system, procedure, and environment was prepared. The results of recommendations for each attribute are formulated based on SUS scores and causal diagrams. From this research, it is concluded that KESAN-IDEA can be used and function as it aims, but there are still many aspects that can be developed in order to improving comfort and convenience for users.
