Pengaruh umur panen dan penambahan inokulum terhadap produktivitas hijauan kacang tunggak (Vigna unguiculata)

2004 | Tesis | S2 Ilmu PeternakanPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh umur panen dan penambahan inokulum serta interaksinya terhadap kuantitas dan kualitas hijauan kacang Tunggak. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan rancangan acak lengkap pola faktorial 2x2x2. Faktor umur panen (U) terdiri dari U1: 60 hari dan U2: 70 hari. Faktor sterilisasi tanah (S) terdiri dari S1: tidak disteril dan S2: disteril. Faktor inokulum (I) yaitu I1: tanpa inokulum dan I2: dengan inokulum. Masing-masing kombinasi perlakuan terdiri dari 3 ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa I2 meningkatkan (P<0,05) produksi BK tanaman bagian atas (1,63 ton vs 2,48 ton). Sedangkan U1 (60 hari) menurunkan (P<0,05) kadar abu (10,00% vs 7,50%) dan SK (37,74% vs 28,65%), tetapi meningkatkan (P<0,05) kadar BETN (33,01% vs 42,61%), KBK (61,77% vs 67,17%) dan KBO (59,37% vs 66,27%). Sterilisasi tanah (S2) menurunkan (P<0,05) SK (39,10% vs 27,28%) tetapi meningkatkan (P<0,05) kadar PK (15,30% vs 18,10%), kadar abu (7,80% vs 9,61%), kadar BETN (34,56% vs 41,27%), KBK (62,54% vs 66,35%) dan KBO (61,34% vs 66,35%). Interaksi antara UxS meningkatkan (P<0,05) kadar PK (13,90% pada U2S1 vs 18,33% pada U2S2) dan KBO (56,98% pada U2S1 vs 66,85% pada U1S2). Interaksi antara SxI juga meningkatkan (P<0,05) KBO (60,63% (S1I1) vs 65,55% S2I1)). Peningkatan kadar abu (7,00% (U1I1) vs 10,97% (U2I1), 6,16% (U1S1) vs 10,66% (U2S2) dan 7,51% (S1I2) vs 10,07% (S2I2)), kadar SK (25,49% (U1I2) vs 38,93% (U2I2), 24,20% (U1S2) vs 45,11% (U2S1) dan 26,69% (S2I1) vs 41,66% (S1I1) dan kadar BETN 32,12% (U2I2) vs 45,20% (U1I2), 27,98% (U2S1) vs 44,48% (U1S2) dan 30,91% (S1I1) vs 43,02% (S2I1) juga sangat dipengaruhi (P<0,01) oleh interaksi antara UxS, UxI dan SxI. Interaksi antara UxSxI meningkatkan (P<0,05) kadar BETN yaitu 27,40% (U2S1I1) vs 47,06% (U1S1I2), sedangkan terhadap kadar abu (6,10% pada U1S1I1 vs 10,97% pada U2S1I1), kadar SK (23,96% pada U1S2I1 vs 46,54% pada U2S1I2) dan KBO (54,50% pada U2S1I1 vs 67,16% pada U1S2I1), peningkatannya terlihat sangat nyata (P<0,01). Disimpulkan bahwa produktivitas kacang Tunggak yang tertinggi diperoleh pada tanah regosol dengan perlakuan umur panen 60 hari tanpa sterilisasi tanah, tetapi harus ditambahkan inokulum
The aim of this experiment were to evaluate the effects of harvesting time and addition inoculant, and its interaction on quality of Tunggak bean forage. 2 x 2 x 2 factorials experiment following a randomized complete design with three replicates was performed. The 3 treatment factors were: Harvesting time factor (U) i.e U1: ten day before the normal harvest day (60 days), U2 : normal harvest day (70 days); Soil factor (S) i.e S1: not sterilized, S2: sterilized; and. Inoculation (Legin) factor (I) i.e I1: not inoculated, I2: inoculated. The results showed that I2 increased (P<0.05) DM of biomass (1.63 vs 2.48 tons). While U1 (60 days) reduced (P<0.05) ash (10.00% vs 7.50%) and CF (37.74% vs 28.65%) contents and increased (P<0.05) NFE content (33.01% vs 42.61%), IVDMD (61.77% vs 67.17%) and IVDOM (59.37% vs 66.27%). Soil sterilization (S2) reduced (P<0.05) CF content (39.10% vs 27.28%) and increased (P<0.05) CP (15.30% vs 18.10%), ash (7.80% vs 9.61%) and NFE (34.56% vs 41.27%) contents, IVDMD (62.54% vs 66.35%) and IVDOM (61.34% vs 66.35%). Interaction of UxS increased (P<0.05) CP (13.90% (U2S1) vs 18.33% (U2S2)) content and IVDOM (56.98% (U2S1) vs 66.85% (U1S2)). IVDOM (60.63% (S1I1) vs 65.55% for S2I1)) was governed (P<0.05) by SxI. Ash (7.00% (U1I1) vs 10.97% (U2I1), 6.16% (U1S1) vs 10.66% (U2S2) and 7.51% (S1I2) vs 10.07% (S2I2)), CF (25.49% (U1I2) vs 38.93% (U2I2), 24.20% (U1S2) vs 45.11% (U2S1) and 26.69% (S2I1) vs 41.66% (S1I1)) and NFE (32.12% (U2I2) vs 45.20% (U1I2), 27.98% (U2S1) vs 44.48% (U1S2) and 30.91% (S1I1) vs 43.02% for S2I1)) contents were depended (P<0.01) on interaction UxI, UxS and SxI. Interaction of UxSxI were also found affected (P<0.05) the NFE (27.40% (U2S1I1) vs 47.06% (U1S1I2)), while on ash (6.10% (U1S1I1) vs 10.97% (U2S1I1)), CF (23.96% (U1S2I1) vs 46.54% (U2S1I2)) contents and IVDOM (54.50% (U2S1I1) vs 67.16% (U1S2I1)), this effect was seen highly significant (P<0.01). It can be concluded that the best productivity of forage Tunggak bean was recorded when planting was done on unsterilized soil with inoculation and harvested at 60 days of age.
