Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Supplier Perusahaan Konstruksi di Yogyakartaa

Supply Chain Management merupakan salah satu hal yang penting bagi perusahaan, salah satunya berhubungan dengan pengadaan material untuk konstruksi. Dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan proyek konstruksi, sumber daya material memiliki nilai biaya terbesar, sehingga perlakuan terhadap material harus dilakukan dengan baik. Untuk mendapatkan material yang baik, tentu harus memilih supplier yang bertanggung jawab. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menyusun prioritas kriteria yang selanjutnya akan diimplementasikan ke dalam sebuah sistem sehingga pengusaha konstruksi dapat menentukan supplier mana yang dapat memberikan performa dari kriteria terbaik. 

Berdasarkan hasil studi literatur, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi 18 subkriteria yang mempengaruhi pemilihan supplier material. Subkriteria tersebut dikelompokkan dalam 6 kriteria utama, yaitu Pengiriman, Kualitas, Biaya, Pelayanan, Manajemen, dan Performa. Pengolahan data untuk menentukan bobot kriteria dilakukan dengan metode AHP dan fuzzy AHP melalui hasil kuesioner, kemudian dilakukan pemodelan pemilihan supplier berdasarkan hasil pembobotan.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan bahwa urutan prioritas AHP dan fuzzy AHP adalah sama untuk urutan pertama hingga urutan kedelapan, namun terjadi perbedaan urutan mulai urutan kesembilan. Dalam melakukan pemilihan supplier, faktor utama yang sangat mempengaruhi pertimbangan perusahaan konstruksi adalah harga material dengan bobot 0,231 untuk AHP dan 0,264 untuk fuzzy AHP. Faktor kedua yang menjadi pertimbangan perusahaan konstruksi adalah kesesuaian material dengan spesifikasi dengan bobot 0,193 untuk AHP dan 0,225 untuk fuzzy AHP, dan faktor ketiga adalah konsistensi kualitas material dengan bobot 0,129 untuk AHP dan 0,131 untuk fuzzy AHP. Hasil dari pemodelan yang telah dilakukan adalah masing-masing kriteria dan subkriteria tesebut memiliki bobot global yang terbukti dapat digunakan sebagai pertimbangan perusahaan konstruksi dalam melakukan pemilihan supplier, sehingga dapat dibuat dalam sebuah sistem untuk memudahkan perusahaan dalam melakukan pengadaan.

Supply Chain Management is one of the important things for companies, one of which is related to the procurement of materials for construction. In the implementation of construction projects, material resources have the greatest cost value, so the treatment of materials must be done properly. To get good materials, of course, you have to choose a responsible supplier. The purpose of this research is to prioritize the criteria which will then be implemented into a system so that construction entrepreneurs can determine which suppliers can provide the best performance of the criteria. 

Based on the results of the literature study, this research identified 18 sub-criteria that affect the selection of material suppliers. The sub-criteria are grouped into 6 main criteria, namely Delivery, Quality, Cost, Service, Management, and Performance. Data processing to determine the weight of the criteria is carried out using AHP and fuzzy AHP methods through questionnaire results, then supplier selection modeling is carried out based on the weighting results.

Based on the results of the study, it is found that the priority order of AHP and fuzzy AHP is the same for the first order to the eighth order, but there is a difference in order starting from the ninth order. In selecting suppliers, the main factor that greatly influences the consideration of construction companies is the price of materials with a weight of 0.231 for AHP and 0.264 for fuzzy AHP. The second factor considered by construction companies is the suitability of materials to specifications with a weight of 0.193 for AHP and 0.225 for fuzzy AHP, and the third factor is the consistency of material quality with a weight of 0.129 for AHP and 0.131 for fuzzy AHP. The result of the modeling that has been done is that each of these criteria and sub-criteria has a global weight that is proven to be used as a consideration for construction companies in selecting suppliers, so that it can be made in a system to facilitate companies in making procurements.
