Pesatnya
mempengaruhi perilaku pelanggan selanjutnya masih belum jelas. Kepercayaan

The rapid growth of the e-commerce sector
in Indonesia presents significant opportunities for leveraging this market.
Traditional e-commerce purchasing often entails high levels of uncertainty and
drives customers to question their trust in sellers. Live streaming commerce
has emerged as a potential solution to mitigate these uncertainties. It is
perceived to bridge the gap between customers and streamers, and is expected to
enhance trust. However, the mechanisms through which live streaming commerce builds
trust and how this trust influences subsequent customer behavior remain
unclear. Trust is a strong predictor for influencing online customer behavior,
thus becoming the focus of this research
This study is a quantitative survey-based
research, utilizing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for data analysis,
supported by the SmartPLS 3 application. The research findings indicate that to
ensure the continued intention to use live streaming commerce, it is crucial to
enhance customer trust in streamers, which in turn fosters trust in the
products. It is also important to focus on the factors that form this trust,
such as active control, synchronicity, personalization, and two-way
communication.
