Non-profit organizations play a crucial role in the development of Indonesian society. To carry out their operations, non-profit organizations rely on volunteers, making volunteer management crucial for organizational functioning. Organizational commitment is a vital aspect of organizational management, and it can be influenced by perceived organizational support (POS). This research aims to investigate the role of perceived organizational support in organizational commitment among members of non-profit organizations in Yogyakarta. The research method employed is quantitative, with data collected through online surveys from 124 active volunteers in Yogyakarta. The data analysis utilized simple regression analysis.
