Konsep Modul Nusantara Pada Program Pertukaran Mahasiswa Merdeka Ditinjau Dari Filsafat Pendidikan Progresivisme John Dewey

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pemerintah ingin menciptakan solusi atas tiga permasalahan pendidikan Indonesia yaitu kekerasan seksual, perundungan, dan intoleransi, yaitu dengan mata kuliah modul nusantara. Tujuan program ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman kebhinekaan dan toleransi. Penelitian ini akan bertujuan menganalisis konsep mata kuliah modul nusantara dengan analisis filsafat pendidikan progresivisme John Dewey. Agar dapat merumuskan landasan filosofis konsep mata kuliah modul nusantara dan mengkaji pengalaman pada konsep mata kuliah modul nusantara.  

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan dengan mengkaji objek material dan objek formal dari berbagai sumber terkait. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian filsafat menggunakan metode penelitian hermeneutika filosofis. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam empat tahapan persiapan, inventarisasi data, klasifikasi data, analisis data, dan penyusunan hasil. Penyusunan analisis data penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan model penelitian historis faktual dengan unsur metodis filosofis, yaitu deskripsi, interpretasi, koherensi intern, dan refleksi kritis. Analisis data digunakan untuk mendapatkan relevansi antar kedua objek sehingga dapat menjawab rumusan masalah penelitian.

Hasil penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam terkait konsep mata kuliah modul nusantara dan relevansi filsafat pendidikan progresivisme John Dewey. Konsep mata kuliah modul nusantara memberikan mahasiswa pengalaman langsung untuk pengembangan pengetahuannya terutama mengenai toleransi dan kebhinekaan. Pengalaman pada konsep mata kuliah modul nusantara mampu merelevansikan pengalaman yang diajukan oleh filsafat pendidikan progresivisme John Dewey. Maka pengalaman langsung pada konsep mata kuliah modul nusantara relevan dengan pengalaman bersifat mendidik yang disampaikan oleh filsafat pendidikan John Dewey. Pengalaman langsung yang bersifat mendidik dapat dijadikan landasan pengetahuan bagi mahasiswa dalam memahami toleransi dan kebhinekaan.

This research is motivated by the government's desire to create solutions to three problems in Indonesian education, namely sexual violence, bullying, and intolerance, namely with the modul nusantara course. The purpose of this program is to increase understanding of diversity and tolerance. This research will aim to analyze the concept of the modul nusantara course with the analysis of John Dewey's philosophy of progressivism education. In order to formulate the philosophical basis of the concept of the modul nusantara course and examine the experience on the concept of the modul nusantara course.

This research is a literature research by examining material objects and formal objects from various related sources. This research is a philosophical research using the philosophical hermeneutic research method. This research was conducted in four stages of preparation, data inventory, data classification, data analysis, and preparation of results. The preparation of this research data analysis was processed using a factual historical research model with philosophical methodical elements, namely description, interpretation, internal coherence, and critical reflection. Data analysis is used to obtain relavansi between the two objects so as to answer the formulation of research problems.

The results of this study provide an in-depth understanding of the concept of the modul nusantara course and the relevance of John Dewey's philosophy of progressivism education. The concept of the modul nusantara course provides students with direct experience for the development of their knowledge, especially regarding tolerance and diversity. The experience in the concept of the modul nusantara course is able to relate to the experience proposed by John Dewey's philosophy of progressivism education. Therefore, direct experience in the concept of the modul nusantara course is relevant to the educational experience conveyed by John Dewey's philosophy of education. Direct experience that is educational in nature can be used as a knowledge base for students in understanding tolerance and diversity.
