Analisis Kebutuhan User Dental Phantom Untuk Pengembangan Dento-J Sebagai Media Pembelajaran Mahasiswa Kedokteran Gigi Menggunakan Metode Kano

Tema globalisasi saat ini sangat berdampak terhadap
perkembangan pendidikan dan layanan kesehatan di Indonesia salah satunya dalam pendidikan
kedokteran gigi yang sangat perlu di tingkatkan dalam hal teori khususnya
praktek. Dental phantom merupakan alat bantu praktikum atau media
pembelajaran berupa alat tiruan atau alat peraga berupa bentuk tiruan gigi yang
terdiri dari rahang atas dan bawah, gusi, lidah dan gigi lengkap yang digunakan
dalam praktikum untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan penyuluhan kesehatan gigi. Tim
peneiti UGM melakukan inovasi dental phantom dan diberi nama Dento-J
yaitu alat pembelajaran kesehatan gigi dalam melakukan pelatihan teknik injeksi
anastesi lokal yang dilengkapi sensor. Dento-J harus disiapkan untuk memenuhi
fungsi sebagai media pembelajaran kedokteran gigi yang berkualitas baik.
Analisis kebutuhan user dilakukan menggunakan metode Kano untuk
mengetahui dan menerjemahkan atribut-atribut dental phantom yang di
inginkan oleh mahasiswa kedokteran gigi. Hasil analisis kano menunjukan bahwa
atribut yang termasuk kategori One-dimensional
sehingga konsumen merasa puas adalah ukuran dental phantom sesuai
rongga mulut manusia, dental phantom mudah di assembly, dental
phantom terbuat dari material yang kokoh, karakteristik silikon untuk gusi dental
phantom elastis, dental phantom dapat dibuka tutup dengan baik, dental
phantom dapat diatur ketinggiannya, dental phantom dapat digerakan,
desain dental phantom merepresentasikan kondisi real, dan
terakhir warna dari dental phantom menyerupai real. Atribut yang yang termasuk dalam kategori One-dimensional
dijadikan bahan evaluasi untuk rekomendasi perbaikan produk Dento-J.
The current theme of globalization has had a huge impact on
the development of education and health services in Indonesia, one of which is
dental education, which really needs to be improved in terms of theory,
especially practice. A dental phantom is a practical tool or learning medium in
the form of an artificial tool or teaching aid in the form of an artificial
tooth consisting of the upper and lower jaw, gums, tongue and complete teeth
which is used in practicum to improve skills and provide dental health
education. The UGM research team innovated a dental phantom and named it
Dento-J, which is a dental health learning tool for training in local anesthetic
injection techniques equipped with sensors. Dento-J must be prepared to fulfill
its function as a good quality dental learning medium. User needs analysis was
carried out using the Kano method to determine and translate the dental phantom
attributes desired by dental students. The results of Kano's analysis show that
the attributes included in the One-dimensional category so that consumers are
satisfied are the size of the dental phantom according to the human oral
cavity, the dental phantom is easy to assemble, the dental phantom is made of
sturdy material, the characteristics of silicone for the dental phantom's gums
are elastic, the dental phantom can be Open and close properly, the height of
the dental phantom can be adjusted, the dental phantom can be moved, the design
of the dental phantom represents real conditions, and finally the color of the
dental phantom resembles the real one. Attributes included in the
One-dimensional category are used as evaluation material for recommendations
for Dento-J product improvements.
