PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN PRAKTEK KERJA LAPANGAN PADA PROGRAM STUDI SARJANA TERAPAN MANAJEMEN INFORMASI KESEHATAN

Latar Belakang: Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) yang dilakukan mahasiswa Manajemen Informasi Kesehatan (MIK) bertujuan untuk melatih softslkill dalam memenuhi kompetensi perekam medis dan informasi kesehatan. Pelaksanaan PKL di program studi MIK Departemen Layanan dan Informasi Kesehatan Sekolah Vokasi UGM secara umum masih dilakukan secara manual dan penerapan teknologi informasi masih terbatas dan belum terintegrasi. Pelaksanaan PKL dengan metode ini dirasa kurang efektif dengan kendala tidak terdokumentasinya pelaksanaann PKL Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan perancangan sistem informasi PKL yang diharapkan dapat memudahkan pihak – pihak yang pelaksanaan PKL mulai dari mahasiswa, dosen pembimbing, clinical instructor, dan laboran
Tujuan: Menghasilkan prototipe sistem informasi manajemen praktek kerja lapangan pada Sarjana Terapan Manajemen Informasi Kesehatan berbasis web.
Metode: Perancangan media pembelajaran ini menggunakan metode waterfall dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, serta desain tampilan antarmuka dan pembuatan prototipe.
Hasil: Hasil perancangan ini adalah rancangan Unified Modelling Language (UML) yang terdiri dari use case dan activity diagram, rancangan basis data terdiri dari Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), tabel basis data dan rancangan relasi antar tabel, serta rancangan desain tampilan antarmuka yang terdiri dari beberapa menu antara lain beranda, PKL, presensi, materi, informasi, login, dan pendaftaran akun baru.
Kesimpulan: Perancangan sistem informasi PKL pada program studi sarjana terapan Manajemen Informasi Kesehatan telah sesuai dengan analisis kebutuhan fungsional dan non fungsional penguna Perancang selanjutnya dapat membuat sistem informasi PKL berdasarkan hasil rancangan ini serta dapat diterapakan dalam proses pelaksanaan PKL
Background: The Field Work Practice conducted by Health Information Management (HIM) students aims to train soft skills in fulfilling medical record and health information competencies. The implementation of street vendors in the MIK study program of the Department of Health Services and Information at the UGM Vocational College in general is still done manually and the application of information technology is still limited and not yet integrated. The implementation of field work practice with this method is considered less effective with the constraints that the implementation of street vendors is not documented. Therefore, it is necessary to create field work practice information system that is expected to facilitate parties carrying out field work practice from students, supervisor’s lecturer, clinical instructors, and laboratory assistants
Objective: To produce a prototype of a management information system for fieldwork practices on the Web-based Bachelor of Applied Health Information Management.
Methods: The design of the learning media used the waterfall method with the needs analyzed, system designed and interface designed stages.
Results: The results of this design are the design of the Unified Modeling Language (UML) which consists of use cases and activity diagrams, the design of the database consists of Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), database tables and the design of relations between tables, as well as the interface design which consists of from several menus including the homepage, PKL, presence, material, information, login, and registering a new account.
Conclusion: The design of the PKL information system in the applied undergraduate study program Health Information Management is in accordance with the analysis of the functional and non-functional needs of users. The designer can then create a PKL information system based on the results of this design and can be applied in the PKL implementation process
