“PROSES PRODUKSI FILM DOKUMENTER TENTANG KEHIDUPAN LANSIA PENGGUNA TEKNOLOGI (Manajemen Produksi Film Dokumenter Luar Jaringan)”

Digitalisasi yang berarti implikasi sosial dari peningkatan bantuan komputer, media baru dan platform komunikasi untuk ekonomi, masyarakat dan budaya, telah mendominasi bagaimana manusia menjalani kehidupannya. Sebagian besar manusia di bumi sudah terpapar oleh teknologi digital tetapi itu tidak membuat semua orang mahir dalam memanfaatkannya. Salah satu kelompok masyarakat yang dianggap tidak mahir dalam pemanfaatan teknologi digital adalah kelompok lansia. Stereotip yang merupakan bagian dari ageism ini juga disebabkan oleh karena kelompok lansia merupakan digital immigrant. Film dokumenter Luar Jaringan memperlihatkan kehidupan lima orang lansia yang beradaptasi dengan perkembangan dunia melalui teknologi digital untuk mempertahankan kualitas hidupnya. Proses produksi film ini terbagi dalam tiga tahap yaitu praproduksi, produksi, dan pascaproduksi. Peneliti dalam hal ini berperan sebagai produser. Sebuah peran yang bertanggung jawab dalam mengelola jalannya proses produksi dari awal ide film dibentuk sampai hasil akhirnya dipublikasikan.

Digitalization, which has the social implicit meaning of increasing computer assistance, new media and communication platforms for the economy, society and culture, has dominated how humans live their lives. Most people on earth have been exposed to digital technology, but that doesn't make everyone adept at using it. One group of people who is considered not proficient in using digital technology is the elderly group. Stereotypes that are part of ageism are also caused by the fact that the elderly are digital immigrants. The documentary Off the Network shows the lives of five elderly people who adapt to world developments through digital technology to maintain their quality of life. The film production process is divided into three stages, namely pre-production, production, and post-production. The researcher in this case acts as a producer. A role that is responsible for managing the production process from the initial idea film is formed until the final results are published.
