Berkembangnya ekonomi global yang terus memaksa organisasi untuk belajar dan mengevaluasi kembali perusahaan agar menghasilkan inovasi baru, meningkatkan dan mengembangkan strategi perusahaan serta kemampuan karyawan. Hal tersebut sempat terhambat dengan munculnya pandemi Covid-19, yang mengakibatkan meningkatnya angka turnover pada perusahaan. Mengakibatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan menurun dikarenakan kesejahteraan karyawan tidak terpenuhi. Budaya pembelajaran organisasional diprediksi dapat mempengaruhi niat berpindah karyawan. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja dapat menurunkan niat berpindah karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh budaya pembelajaran organisasional terhadap niat berpindah dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai pemediasi.

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan penyebaran kuesioner yang dilakukan secara daring Google Form. Jumlah kuesioner yang terkumpul adalah 110 responden. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis SEM berbasis PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya pembelajaran organisasional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap niat berpindah. Kemudian hasil lainnya menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh mediasi parsial kepuasan kerja pada pengaruh budaya pembelajaran organisasional terhadap niat berpindah. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi pada PT INTI sehingga dapat meningkatkan keterampilan karyawannya dengan berkembangnya budaya pembelajaran organisasional. Berdasarkan olah data dan hasil uji hipotesis, maka diperoleh kesimpulan berupa: 1) Budaya pembelajaran organisasional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap niat berpindah. 2) Budaya pembelajaran organisasional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap niat berpindah dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai pemediasi.

This was hampered by the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic, which resulted in increased turnover rates in the company. Resulting in decreased employee job satisfaction due to unfulfilled employee welfare. Organizational learning culture is predicted to affect employee turnover intention. In addition, job satisfaction can reduce employee turnover intentions. This study aims to examine the effect of organizational learning culture on turnover intention with job satisfaction as a mediator.

The results of this study indicate that organizational learning culture has a negative and significant effect on turnover intentions. Then other results show that there is a partial mediating effect of job satisfaction on the effect of organizational learning culture on turnover intention. This research provides implications for PT INTI so that it can improve the skills of its employees by developing an organizational learning culture.
