Analisis Perancangan Sistem Informasi Immersive Properti (Propertio.id) Berbasis Website

Properti merupakan suatu hal penting yang mana setiap orang akan berusaha memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut. Namun dalam memperoleh properti yang sesuai tidaklah mudah, terlebih informasi yang disampaikan belum tentu lengkap dan kurang menggambarkan bentuk bangunan, sehingga calon pembeli harus survei ke lokasi yang memakan banyak waktu, energi dan biaya. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka dirancanglah website bernama Propertio.id yang merupakan sebuah sistem informasi properti berbasis website dengan menggunakan teknologi immersive. Metode perancangan sistem informasi properti ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis rancangan sistem menggunakan use case, diagram activity, relasi antar tabel, desain tampilan pengguna dan dokumen pendukung lainnya. Selain itu pada penelitian ini juga melakukan analisis terkait kemudahan penyampaian informasi properti serta pemahaman tim pengembang sistem terhadap rancangan sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu telah berhasil merancang sebuah website yang mengadopsi teknologi immersive dalam memvisualisasikan bentuk properti. Selain itu analisis rancangan sistem telah memenuhi kebutuhan tim pengembang dalam mengembangkan sistem Propertio.id sehingga dapat meningkatkan tingkat pemahaman tim pengembang sistem terhadap rancangan sistem serta mempermudah dalam proses implementasi sistem dengan hasil yang optimal.

Properties are an important thing in which everyone will strive to fulfill their needs. However, obtaining suitable properties is not easy, especially when the provided information may not be complete and lacks a representation of the building's structure. As a result, potential buyers have to conduct surveys at the location, consuming a lot of time, energy, and costs. Based on this issue, a website named Propertio.id is designed, which is an information system for properties based on a website using immersive technology. The design method of this property information system is done by analyzing the system design using use cases, activity diagrams, table relationships, user interface design, and other supporting documents. Furthermore, this research also analyzes the ease of conveying property information and the development team's understanding of the system design. The result of this research is the successful design of a website that adopts immersive technology to visualize property shapes. Additionally, the analysis of the system design has met the development team's needs in developing the Propertio.id system, thereby enhancing the team's understanding of the system design and simplifying the system implementation process with optimal results.
