Analisis Program Corporate Social Responsibility Budidaya Tanaman Hias Dan Tanaman Keras PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan, Dan Ratu Boko: Metode Social Return On Investment

Program Budidaya Tanaman Hias dan Tanaman Keras yang dilakukan oleh kelompok agrowisata di Pengklik Flory merupakan salah satu bentuk Creating Shared Value (CSV) yang dilakukan oleh Tanggung Jawab Sosial Lingkungan (TJSL) atau Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bantuan investasi sosial berbentuk CSV berupa Pengklik Flory kepada kelompok agrowisata di Dusun Pengklik. Sebagai bentuk investasi sosial kegiatan CSR diharapkan dapat memberikan return atau dampak yang positif bagi perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur dampak investasi sosial pada kegiatan CSV adalah Social Return on Invesment (SRoI) yang tidak hanya menghitung dampak ekonomi melainkan juga menghitung dampak sosial dan lingkungan yang ditimbulkan dari program. Penelitian ini menggunakan mix methods. Pendekatan kualitatif untuk mengetahui dampak secara deskriptif dan kuantitaif sebagai perhitungan monetisasi dampak. Hasil perhitungan SRoI pada program budidaya tanaman hias dan tanaman keras menunjukkan hasil bahwa investasi yang diberikan dalam bentuk CSV sebesar Rp145.660.000,- akan menghasilkan keuntungan ekonomi sebesar Rp204.564.922,-, keutungan sosial sebesar Rp143.120.000,-, dan keuntungan lingkungan sebesar Rp70.832.000,- yang akan diperoleh dalam kurun waktu selama lima 5 tahun. Hasil nilai SRoI menunjukkan bahwa investasi sosial yang diberikan dalam bentuk CSV kepada kelompok agrowisata dari PT TWC dapat disimpulkan menguntungkan dan memberikan dampak yang positif.

The program of Ornamental Plants and Perennials Cultivation carried out by the agrowisata group in Pengklik Flory is one of the kind of Creating Shared Value (CSV) performed by Tanggung Jawab Sosial Lingkungan (TJSL) or Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The program aims to provide social investment aid in the term of CSV such as Pengklik Flory to the agrowisata group in the Pengklik village. As a term of social investment, CSR activities are expected to give a positive return or impact on the company. The method used to measure the impact of social investments on CSV activities is the Social Return on Investment (SRoI) which not only calculates the economic impact but also the social and environmental impact caused by the program. This study uses mixed methods. A qualitative approach to knowing the impact descriptively and quantitatively approach as a calculation of impact monetization. The results of the SRoI calculation on the ornamental plant and perennials cultivation program show that the investment provided in the form of CSV up to Rp145.660,000,-  will  produce an economic profit of Rp204.564.922,-, social expansion of Rp143.120,000,-, and an environmental benefit of Rp70.832.000,- which will be obtained in the course of five years. The results of the SRoI value show that the social investment provided in the form of CSV to the agrowisata group of PT TWC can be concluded as profitable and have a positive impact.
