The aim of this research is to test the influence of the perception of ease of use and security on customer satisfaction of QRIS as a payment tool with UMKM in Yogyakarta, also to identify any barriers to the use of QRIS as a payment tool with the UMKM at Yogyakarta City. This research uses quantitative methods using primary and secondary data sources. Primary data is obtained through questionnaires using Google Forms and interviews with related speakers.
The population in this research are customers who use QRIS in the city of Yogyakarta. The number of samples used as many as 100 QRIS users who have ever made payment transactions with UMKM in Yogyakarta City.
The test results showed that there is a positive variable of perception of ease of use and security to customer satisfaction of QRIS as a payment tool with UMKM in Yogyakarta City. Then the barriers perceived by society in using QRIS include network disturbances or signals on customer providers, disruptions on customer mobile banking, the ability of customer smartphone technologies that are still less advanced and QR codes that are less clearly read.
