ANALISIS PENGARUH GEOMETRI KONFLIK LALU LINTAS UDARA DAN RISK ATTITUDE TERHADAP PERFORMANCE DAN WORKLOAD PEMANDU LALU LINTAS UDARA

Sebanyak 18 responden berpartisipasi pada penelitian
ini (komposisi 9 orang laki-laki dan 9 orang perempuan) berdasarkan 6 skenario
konflik yang ada. Pada langkah pencarian responden, calon responden dapat
mengisi Holt and Laury test untuk mengetahui Risk Attitude dari
calon responden, setelah terkualifikasi dan bersedia untuk mengikuti
eksperimen, responden akan menjalankan serangkaian training Air
Trafic Simulator 2 dan diharuskan untuk menyelesaikan 70% konflik yang ada.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa geometri
konflik lateral dan vertikal memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Performance.
Untuk pengukuran Workload, dilakukan dengan menggunakan 2 metode yang
berbeda yaitu pengukuran Timeout dan Ready Response Latency yang
dimana tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Timeout dengan
geometri konflik lateral, vertikal dan juga Risk Attitude, pada Ready
Response Latency terdapat hubungan yang signifikan terhadap geometri
konflik lateral namun tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan terhadap geometri
konflik vertikal, Risk Attitude dan juga interaksi keduanya.
As a country consisting of 17,499 islands, Indonesia
is a nation in the Southeast Asia region, where based on the Ministry of
Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP RI), its total area reaches approximately
7.81 million km2. Therefore, air transportation serves as a means of mobility
that assists individuals in quick movements. This is closely related to the
role of aviation professionals, particularly air traffic controllers, who
manage the flow of aircraft in the air. This research aims to analyze the Conflict
Geometry and Risk Attitude towards the Performance and Workload
of an air traffic controller.
A total of 18 respondents participated in this
study, consisting of 9 males and 9 females, across 6 conflict scenarios. During
the respondent selection process, potential respondents were required to
complete the Holt and Laury test to determine their Risk Attitude. Once
qualified and willing to participate in the experiment, respondents underwent a
series of Air Traffic Simulator 2 training sessions and were tasked with
resolving 70% of the conflicts presented.
The results of this study indicate that both lateral
and vertical conflict geometries have a significant impact on Performance.
Workload was measured using two different methods, namely Timeout
measurement and Ready Response Latency. There was no significant
relationship found between Timeout and lateral or vertical conflict
geometries, as well as Risk Attitude. However, a significant
relationship was found between Ready Response Latency and lateral conflict
geometry, while no significant relationship was observed with vertical conflict
geometry, Risk Attitude, or the interaction between these factors.
