Analisis Kesiapan Pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Kediri Dalam Pengembangan Bisnis dengan Beroperasinya Bandara Dhoho Kediri

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kesiapan pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Kediri dalam menghadapi peluang pengembangan bisnis dengan beroperasinya Bandara Dhoho dan faktor-faktor kesiapan tersebut. Data primer diperoleh melalui survei terhadap 120 responden sebagai sampel pelaku UMKM Kabupaten Kediri. Alat analisis meliputi statistik deskriptif dan SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kesiapan pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Kediri dalam kategori tinggi dalam menghadapi beroperasinya bandara baru. Hal ini dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh faktor keinovasian, peluang bisnis, optimisme, dan informasi. Inovasi disini memiliki faktor paling signifikan dalam menentukan kesiapan pelaku usaha dalam menghadapi penyelenggaraan NYIA 2019; sedangkan faktor ketidaknyamanan secara statistik tidak berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan. Pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Kediri telah mempersiapkan strategi dalam menghadapi beroperasinya Bandara Dhoho untuk produksi dan pemasarannya.

This study aims to measure the level of readiness of MSME actors in Kediri Regency in facing business development opportunities with the operation of Dhoho Airport and these readiness factors. Primary data was obtained through a survey of 120 respondents as a sample of MSMEs in Kediri Regency. Analysis tools include descriptive statistics and SEM PLS. The results of the study show that the readiness of MSME players in Kediri Regency is in the high category in facing the operation of a new airport. This is positively and significantly influenced by innovation, business opportunities, optimism, and information. Innovation here has the most significant factor in determining the readiness of business actors in facing NYIA 2019; while the discomfort factor statistically has no effect on readiness. MSME actors in Kediri Regency have prepared a strategy in dealing with the operation of Dhoho Airport for production and marketing.
