ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMENGARUHI KEPUTUSAN BERZAKAT PROFESI WARGA NAHDLIYIN MELALUI NU CARE LAZISNU

Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan salah satu anggota pengurus NU Care Lazisnu Kabupaten Mojokerto, Bpk. Eris Puji, S.E yang menjabat sebagai wakil sekretaris saat ini disampaikan data donatur NU Care Lazisnu Mojokerto (2021) yang menyalurkan Zakat profesi di NU Care Lazisnu Mojokerto sebanyak 40 orang, sedangkan data wajib zakat profesi di PCNU Kabupaten Mojokerto menyebutkan bahwa terdapat 11.658 warga NU yang sudah memenuhi kriteria untuk membayar zakat. Berdasarkan data yang disampaikan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi kesenjangan antara potensi zakat yang besar dengan jumlah zakat yang ditunaikan warga Nahdliyin di Kabupaten Mojokerto melalui NU Care Lazisnu. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menggali faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan berzakat warga Nahdliyin melalui NU Care Lazisnu.

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi kasus yang menggunakan metode atau pendekatan kualitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan jenis Saturation Sampling atau sampling jenuh. Peneliti mencari saturation point - titik dimana tidak ada informasi dan wawasan baru yang ditemukan (Schindler, 2019: 127). Penelitian ini melibatkan 12 partisipan penelitian dan di analisis menggunakan analisis konten.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Warga Nahdliyin enggan memilih NU care Lazisnu dalam menyalurkan zakat profesi dikarenakan beberapa faktor, antara lain: 1) faktor persepsi 2) faktor kebudayaan 3) faktor kelompok acuan 4) faktor demografi 5) faktor keluarga. Lembaga zakat yang diinginkan oleh warga nahdliyin adalah lembaga zakat yang memiliki kriteria atau aspek-aspek sebagai berikut: 1) layanan jemput bola (zakat), 2) kredibilitas lembaga zakat profesi, 3) transparansi laporan penyaluran dana zakat, 4) lembaga zakat yang amanah, 5) promosi dan sosialisasi layanan lembaga zakat, 6) pengurus lembaga zakat adalah tokoh agama, 7) penyaluran zakat tepat sasaran. Sumber yang digunakan warga Nahdliyin dalam mencari informasi layanan lembaga zakat adalah: sumber pribadi, komersial, publik, dan pengalaman.

Based on the results of an interview with a member of the NU Care Lazisnu board, Mojokerto Regency, Mr. Eris Puji, SE, who currently serves as deputy secretary, was presented with data on donors from NU Care Lazisnu Mojokerto (2021) 40 people who distribute professional zakat at NU Care Lazisnu Mojokerto, while data on professional obligatory zakat at the Mojokerto Regency PCNU stated that there were 11,658 NU members who met the criteria to pay zakat. Based on the data presented, it can be concluded that there is a gap between the large potential for zakat and the amount of zakat paid by Nahdliyin residents in Mojokerto Regency through NU Care Lazisnu. This research was conducted to explore the factors that influence the decision to give zakat of Nahdliyin residents through NU Care Lazisnu.

This type of research is case study research using qualitative methods or approaches. Sampling using the type of Sampling Saturation or saturated sampling. Researchers look for saturation points - points where no new information and insights are found(Schindler, 2019: 127). This study involved 12 research participants and was analyzed using content analysis.

The results of this study indicate thatNahdliyin residents are reluctant to choose NU care Lazisnu in distributing professional zakat due to several factors, including: 1) perception factors 2) cultural factors 3) reference group factors 4) demographic factors 5) family factors. The zakat institution desired by Nahdliyin residents is a zakat institution that has the following criteria or aspects: 1) pick-up service (zakat), 2) the credibility of a professional zakat institution, 3) transparency of reports on the distribution of zakat funds, 4) a trustworthy zakat institution, 5) promotion and socialization of zakat institution services, 6) zakat institution administrators are religious figures, 7) distribution of zakat is on target. The sources used by Nahdliyin residents in seeking information on the services of zakat institutions are: personal, commercial, public, and experience sources.
