Strategi Ika Natassa dalam Ranah Sastra Populer Indonesia: Studi Kasus Novel Trilogi Divortiare

Penelitian ini bermaksud menilik strategi yang dilakukan oleh Ika Natassa sebagai agen untuk berada di jajaran penulis populer Indonesia papan atas melalui perantaraan novel-novel pada trilogi Divortiare hasil karyanya. Ika Natassa sebagai penulis trilogi best seller Divortiare, Twivortiare, dan Twivortiare2, telah memanfaatkan apa yang disebut oleh Pierre Bordieu sebagai kapital dan strategi untuk mengokohkan sekaligus meningkatkan posisinya di dalam ranah. Data pada penelitian ini didapatkan secara intrinsik dan ekstrinsik. Data intrinsik dipadat dari kalimat dan paragraf yang membentuk narasi, dialog, dan plot novel trilogi Divortiare. Data ekstrinsik didapat dari sumber-sumber pranata luar yang berkaitan dengan topik pembahasan. Kemudian data yang didapatkan dianalisis dengan teori Arena Produksi Kultural milik Pierre Bordieu, lalu diambillah kesimpulan. Tulisan ini disusun dengan terlebih dahulu menggambarkan ranah sastra Indonesia secara umum dan ranah satra populer Indonesia secara khusus yang menjadi tempat Ika Natassa melakukan praktik pergulatan untuk meraih posisi. Dengan mengerahkan akumulasi kapital yang dimiliki serta penerapan strategi yang tepat, Ika Natassa berhasil menduduki posisi atas di ranah sastra populer Indonesia.

This study intends to examine the strategy undertaken by Ika Natassa as an agent to be among the top Indonesian popular writers through the intercession of her novels in the Divortiare trilogy that she has created. Ika Natassa as the author of the best-selling trilogy Divortiare, Twivortiare and Twivortiare2, has utilized what Pierre Bordieu calls capital and strategy to strengthen and improve her position in the field. The data in this study were obtained intrinsically and extrinsically. Intrinsic data is condensed from sentences and paragraphs that form the narrative, dialogue, and plot of the Divortiare trilogy novels. Extrinsic data were obtained from external institutional sources related to the topic of discussion. Then the data obtained was analyzed by Pierre Bordieu's theory of the Field of Cultural Production, then conclusions were drawn. This article was arranged by first describing the field of Indonesian literature in general and the field of Indonesian popular literature in particular where Ika Natassa practiced her struggle to gain a position. By taking advantage of the accumulation of capital owned and implementing the right strategy, Ika Natassa managed to win the top position in the field of Indonesian popular literature.
