Platform berorientasi layanan mikro menyediakan implementasi yang fleksibel dan terukur untuk mengakomodasi berbagai layanan yang ditawarkan kepada warga dalam konsep smart city. Integrasi merupakan masalah yang muncul seiring dengan meluasnya penerapan smart city, yang dipandang sebagai sistem layanan (service system). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem layanan yang baik sebagai solusi dari permasalahan yang ada. Penelitian akan lebih spesifik pada sistem layanan sebagai bagian dari implementasi smart city dengan mengacu pada penelitian sebelumnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah Service System Engineering dengan pendekatan holistik dari atas ke bawah. Penelitian ini menghasilkan desain sistem layanan layanan smart city berbasis arsitektur microservice. Rancangan yang dihasilkan dapat menjadi pedoman dalam memberikan layanan yang lebih baik bagi warga.

The microservice-oriented platform provides a flexible and scalable implementation to accommodate the various services offered to citizens in the smart city concept. Integration is a problem that arises along with the widespread application of smart cities, which are seen as service systems. The purpose of this research is to design a good service system as a solution to existing problems. The research will be more specific on service systems as part of smart city implementation by referring to previous research. The method used is Service System Engineering with a holistic approach from top to bottom. This research resulted in the design of a smart city service system based on a microservice architecture. The resulting design can be a guide in providing better services for citizens.
