Skripsi tentang respon masyarakat terhadap Program Kemandirian Ekonomi Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) yang dilakukan penulis, memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana respon masyarakat terhadap Program Kemandirian Ekonomi Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) yang diadakan oleh PT. Gema Kreasi Perdana dan untuk mengetahui apa pengaruh yang dihasilkan dari adanya Program Kemandirian Ekonomi Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakatnya. Lokasi penelitian tersebut adalah di Desa Roko-Roko Raya, Kecamatan Wawonii Tenggara Kabupaten Konawe Kepulauan yang merupakan ring 1 wilayah pertambangan, dimana masyarakat sekitar berhadapan dan bersentuhan langsung dengan kegiatan pertambangan PT. Gema Kreasi Perdana anak dari perusahaan Harita Group. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam skripsi ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa sudah banyak yang mengetahui dan disambut baik oleh masyarakat, para stakeholder perusahaan dan desa. tentang adanya Program Kemandirian Ekonomi yang diadakan oleh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. Gema Kreasi Perdana ini. Masyarakat merasa bahwa setelah dijalankannya program ini, warga Desa Roko-Roko Raya semakin tinggi semangat gotong-royongnya dan semakin produktif untuk berpartisipasi dalam mensukseskan usaha bersama.

The thesis on community response to the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) economic independence program carried out by the author, has the aim of knowing how the community responds to the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) economic independence program held by PT. Gema Kreasi Perdana and to find out what influence the economic independence of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program has on community welfare. The research location is in the village of Roko-Roko Raya, Southeast Wawonii District, Konawe Islands Regency which is a mining ring 1 area, where the surrounding community is in direct contact with PT Gema Kreasi Perdana, a subsidiary of the Harita Group company. The research method used in this thesis is a qualitative research method by collecting data using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results showed that many people knew and were welcomed by the community, company and village stakeholders. about the existence of an economic independence program held by PT Gema Kreasi Perdana's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The community feels that after the implementation of this program, Roko-Roko Raya villagers have a higher spirit of mutual cooperation and are more productive in participating in the success of joint businesses.
