2022 | Skripsi | S1 MANAJEMENPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan critical path method (CPM) dan project evaluation review technique (PERT) dapat digunakan dalam menghitung jadwal proyek dan estimasi biaya, khususnya dalam memulai produksi video. Salah satu strategi untuk tumbuh secara efisien dan efektif dapat dilakukan dengan penjadwalan proyek yang akurat dan estimasi biaya menggunakan CPM dan PERT. Penelitian ini merupakan kasus pada startup teknologi produksi video. Jenis data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini meliputi data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi aktivitas proyek, logika urutan (pendahulu dan penerus), data biaya, gaji karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data adalah melalui wawancara, catatan kinerja historis, dan observasi peneliti. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah data deskriptif, dengan menggunakan metode manajemen proyek seperti CPM, PERT, dan Earned Value Analysis (EVA). Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan model penjadwalan proyek dan estimasi biaya yang akurat untuk kasus perusahaan dan menjadi solusi untuk pertumbuhan perusahaan yang cepat, efisien dan efektif.
This research aims to describe how the critical path method (CPM) and project evaluation and review technique (PERT) could be used in calculating project schedule and cost estimation, particularly in a video production startup. With the rising trend of startups ignited by the rapid increase of internet users, many entrepreneurs venture into the tech startup industry, this indicates that existing startups such as the case company must grow their products and user base fast, efficiently, and effectively. One strategy to grow efficiently and effectively can be done by accurate project scheduling and cost estimation using CPM and PERT. This research is a case on a video production tech startup. The type of data that is required for this study is descriptive quantitative with supporting qualitative. The collected data includes project activities, logic of order (predecessors and successors), cost data, employee salary. The method of data collection is through interviews, historical performance records, and the researcher's observation. The data analysis method is descriptive data, utilizing project management methods such as CPM, PERT, and Earned Value Analysis (EVA). The result of this research is expected to provide an accurate project scheduling and cost estimation model for the case company and become the solution for fast, efficient and effective growth of the company.
