Analisis Efek Spillover pada Pemberlakuan Kebijakan Kesehatan: Studi Kasus Vaksin Berbayar PT Kimia Farma Tbk

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeteksi adanya efek spillover pada kasus vaksinasi berbayar PT Kimia Farma Tbk pada periode 27 Mei - 27 Agustus 2021. Sampel yang diambil pada penelitian ini merupakan perusahaan perusahaan peers pada sektor kesehatan dan non-cyclical baik yang terkait maupun tidak terkait dengan program vaksinasi berbayar. Proses penyampelan menghasilkan 30 perusahaan dengan 63 periode pengamatan. Penelitian menggunakan metode least square with break. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat indikasi efek spillover dengan rata-rata terjadi reaksi positif pada perusahaan.

This study aims to detect spillover effects on PT Kimia Farma Tbk's paid vaccination program in the period 27 May - 27 August 2021. The samples taken in this study are peer companies in the health and non-cyclical sector, both related and unrelated to the paid vaccination program. The sampling process resulted in 30 companies with 63 observation periods. To detect spillover effects, researcher used the least square with break method. The results showed that there was an indication of a spillover effect with an average positive reaction on the companies.
