PERANCANGAN FITUR REKAM MEDIS PADA APLIKASI TELEMEDICINE

Latar Belakang : Penggunaan telemedicine meningkat sejak pandemi COVID-19. Dokter yang melakukan praktik kedokteran melalui telemedicine wajib membuat rekam medis. Masih terdapat kekurangan dalam penyelenggaraan telemedicine seperti dokter sering lupa menulis diagnosis karena pencatatan rekam medis masih manual, konsultasi terbatas menggunakan WhatsApp, dan belum terintegrasi dengan SIMRS sehingga perlu double entry pada rekam medis elektronik atau manual. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan perancangan fitur rekam medis sebagai fitur dasar yang mutlak harus ada pada aplikasi telemedicine untuk memberikan manfaat praktis dan menghemat waktu bagi tenaga kesehatan. Tujuan : Membuat prototipe fitur rekam medis aplikasi telemedicine. Metode : Tahap perancangan menggunakan metode design thinking yang dilaksanakan sejak bulan Maret sampai Juni 2022. Proses pengumpulan data dengan observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan wawancara dengan Wakil Direktur Pelayanan Medis, Manajer Pelayanan Medis, Kepala Perawat, dan Kepala Rekam Medis RS PKU Muhammadiyah Wonosobo. Proses pemecahan permasalahan pengguna dan perancangan prototipe menggunakan aplikasi Figma dan Figjam. Hasil : Perancangan ini mendeskripsikan 12 poin permasalahan pengguna yang dapat teratasi melalui 8 ide solusi dengan hasil akhir berupa prototipe berbasis web untuk dokter dan perawat. Evaluasi prototipe mendapatkan SUS Score sebesar 83,25. Kesimpulan : Prototipe fitur rekam medis pada aplikasi telemedicine dapat terima dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, dikategorikan acceptable, berada pada grade scale B, dan adjective ratings pada tingkat excellent. Selanjutnya prototipe fitur ini dapat dikembangkan menjadi aplikasi oleh tim engineer.

Backgrounds : The use of telemedicine has increased since the COVID-19 pandemic. Doctors who practice through telemedicine are required to make medical records. There are several shortcomings in the implementation of telemedicine; doctors forget to write down the diagnosis because the medical records are still manual and online consultations only use the WhatsApp platform. In addition, telemedicine does not integrate with hospital EMR; therefore, doctors must rewrite it on the manual or electronic medical record. Thus, it is necessary to design medical record as a primary feature in telemedicine that integrates with EMR to provide more practical benefits and save time for health workers. Objective : This research aimed to design a prototype medical record feature in telemedicine application at PT Tamtech International. Methods : The design used design thinking method and carried out from March to June 2022. The data collection process involved observations, documentation studies, and interviews with the Deputy Director, Manager of Medical Services, Head of Nurse, and Head of Medical Record at PKU Muhammadiyah Wonosobo Hospital. The user problem-solving process and prototype design used Figma and Figjam applications. Results : This design describes 12 user pains that can be resolved through 8 solution ideas with the final result are web-based prototype for doctors and nurses. Evaluation of the prototype got a SUS Score of 83,25. Conclusion : The prototype of the medical record feature is categorized as acceptable, grade scale B, and adjective ratings at the excellent level. Furthermore, this prototype can be developed into an application by the engineer team.
