Pengaruh Sentra Kuliner Sate Klathak Terhadap Sosial Ekonomi Masyarakat Di Koridor Jalan Imogiri Timur, Jalan Imogiri Barat, Dan Jalan Sultan Agung

Sentra kuliner sate Klathak merupakan salah satu sentra yang terdapat di Kabupaten Bantul. Seiring dengan perkembangannya, sentra kuliner sate Klathak menjadi salah satu tujuan wisata kuliner yang banyak dikunjungi oleh wisatawan. Perkembangan yang terjadi pada sentra kuliner sate Klathak memungkinkan untuk memberikan dampak terhadap kondisi sosial dan kondisi ekonomi masyarakat yang berada di sekitarnya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui profil dan distribusi sentra kuliner sate Klathak, mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang dialami oleh pelaku usaha sate Klathak, serta menganalisis pengaruh sentra kuliner sate Klathak terhadap sosial ekonomi masyarakat di koridor Jalan Imogiri Timur, Jalan Imogiri Barat, dan Jalan Sultan Agung. Pendekatan kuantitatif merupakan pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, serta pemetaan kepada pelaku usaha sate Klathak. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap seluruh populasi pelaku usaha sate Klathak yang berada di koridor Jalan Imogiri Timur, Jalan Imogiri Barat, dan Jalan Sultan Agung yang berjumlah 59 pelaku usaha. Analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif, analisis pemetaan, serta analisis regresi linier berganda. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat keberagaman karakteristik pelaku usaha sate Klathak yang berlokasi di Jalan Imogiri Timur, Jalan Imogiri Barat, dan Jalan Sultan Agung. Keberagaman karakteristik tersebut terbagi menjadi karakteristik individu, karakteristik kegiatan, karakteristik produksi, karakteristik tenaga kerja, serta karakteristik pemasaran. Perkembangan yang terjadi pada sentra kuliner sate Klathak tidak lepas dari permasalahan yang dialami oleh pelaku usaha. Permasalahan tersebut berkaitan dengan aspek modal, aspek bahan baku, aspek tenaga kerja, serta aspek pemasaran. Perkembangan yang terjadi pada sentra kuliner sate Klathak berpengaruh terhadap kondisi sosial masyarakat seperti pendidikan dan kesehatan, serta kondisi ekonomi masyarakat seperti tingkat pendapatan dan kepemilikan aset masyarakat

The Klathak satay culinary center is one of the centers in Bantul Regency. Along with its development, the Klathak satay culinary center has become one of the culinary tourism destinations visited by many tourists. The developments that occurred in the Klathak satay culinary center made it possible to have an impact on the social and economic conditions of the surrounding community. The purpose of this study is to determine the profile and distribution of the Klathak satay culinary center, identify the problems experienced by Klathak satay business actors, and analyze the influence of the Klathak satay culinary center on the socio-economic community in the corridors of Jalan Imogiri Timur, Jalan Imogiri Barat, and Jalan Sultan Agung. The quantitative approach is the approach used in this study. The data collection carried out in this study included observations, interviews, documentation, and mapping to the Klathak satay business actors. This research was conducted on the entire population of Klathak satay business actors in the corridors of Jalan Imogiri Timur, Jalan Imogiri Barat, and Jalan Sultan Agung, amounting to 59 business actors. The analysis used in this research is descriptive quantitative, mapping analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. This research shows that there are various characteristics of Klathak satay business actors located on Jalan Imogiri Timur, Jalan Imogiri Barat, and Jalan Sultan Agung. The diversity of characteristics is divided into individual characteristics, activity characteristics, production characteristics, labor characteristics, and marketing characteristics. The developments that occur in the Klathak satay culinary center cannot be separated from the problems experienced by business actors. These problems relate to aspects of capital, aspects of raw materials, aspects of labor, and aspects of marketing. The developments that occur in the Klathak satay culinary center affect the social conditions of the community such as education and health, as well as the economic conditions of the community such as the level of income and ownership of community assets
