Berkembangnya era teknoloogi saat ini semakin memudahkan kehidupan manusia. Mencari informasi tidak lagi harus bersusah payah karena dapat dengan mudah diakses dalam genggaman tangan. Selain informasi, akibat perkembangan teknologi dunia game juga semakin berkembang, semua industri game berlomba-lomba dalam membuat game yang berkualitas baik dari waktu ke waktu. Akibaatnya, jumlah gamer semakin meningkat dan lahirlah game kompetitif yang bertujuan untuk menguji skill para pemain yang Bernama Esport. Esport terus berkembang dan menjadi hal umum di berbagai negara. Untuk menampungnya dibutuhkan sebuah arena yang berguna sebagai panggung dalam berkompetisi dan dapat disaksikan oleh banyak orang. Esport masuk ke cabang olahraga resmi untuk dipertandingkan sehingga dibutuhkan atlet-atlet yang memiliki skill di atas rata-rata. Oleh karena itu sebuah Akademi sangat dibutuhkan untuk mengembangkan potensi serta skill para pemain. Jakarta merupakan salah satu kota terbesar di Indonesia sekaligus kota yang memiliki perkembangan teknologi dan infrastruktur lebih cepat dari kota lainnya. Demografi yang tergolong cukup tinggi serta lokasinya yang berada di ibukota Indonesia menjadikannya sebagai wajah dan gerbang negara Indonesia oleh negara lain. Karena faktor tadi, sebuah Esport Arena sangat cocok dan dibutuhkan di daerah ini. Banyak ruang public seperti area rekreasi, penginapan hingga pusat perbelanjaan menjadi daya Tarik lainnya yang menyebabkan kota ini akan selalu ramai dikunjungi baik warga local maupun mancanegara. Esport identik dengan Teknologi dan kemajuan, sehingga terkesan suatu hal yang berkesan seperti sebuah masa depan. Oleh karenanya gaya arsitektur kontemporer dirasa sangat pas dalam rancanga Esport Arena ini. Dengan gaya kontemporer unsur futuristik dapat tertuang bebas dengan sekaligus mempertimbangkan fungsi dari bangunan ini sendiri.

The development of the current technological era has made human life easier. Finding information no longer has to be difficult because it can be easily accessed in the palm of the hand. In addition to information, due to the development of technology, the game world is also growing, all game industries are competing to make good quality games from time to time. As a result, the number of gamers is increasing and competitive games are born that aim to test the skills of players called Esports. Esports continues to grow and become common in various countries. To accommodate it, an arena is needed that is useful as a stage in competing and can be witnessed by many people. Esports enter the official sport to be competed so that athletes who have above average skills are needed. Therefore, an Academy is needed to develop the potential and skills of the players. Jakarta is one of the largest cities in Indonesia as well as a city that has a faster development of technology and infrastructure than other cities. Its relatively high demographics and its location in the capital city of Indonesia make it the face and gate of the Indonesian state by other countries. Because of that factor, an Esport Arena is very suitable and needed in this area. Many public spaces such as recreation areas, inns to shopping centers are another attraction that causes this city to be always crowded with both local and foreign residents. Esports is synonymous with technology and progress, so that it seems something that impresses like the future. Therefore, the contemporary architectural style is considered very fitting in the design of this Esport Arena. With a contemporary style, futuristic elements can be freely expressed by considering the function of the building itself
