EVALUASI KINERJA KERETA API BANDARA RUTE STASIUN YOGYAKARATA - STASIUN BANDARA YOGYAKARATA INTERNATIOANAL AIRPORT

Transportasi akses Bandara merupakan komponen penting terhadap keberhasilan suatu operasional bandara. Kereta Api Bandara merupakan salah satu Transportasi akses yang melayani perjalanan menuju Yogyakarta International Airport(YIA) di Kulonprogo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau parameter kinerja operasional Kereta Api Bandara yang meliputi faktor muat, waktu tempuh, waktu antara, kapasital lintas, waktu tunggu, biaya operasional kendaraan, dan perbandingan antara pendapatan dan biaya operasional kendaraan untuk Rute dari Stasiun Yogyakarta - Stasiun Bandra YIA. Untuk meninjau parameter kinerja operasional kereta api yaitu dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari PT. KAI Daop 6 Yogyakarta. Analisis Biaya Operasional Kendaraan didasarkan pada peraturan PM 17 Tahun 2018. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tinjauan parameter kinerja maka diperoleh Faktor muat rata-rata selama 1 tahun pada rute Stasiun Yogyakarta - Stasiun Bandara YIA sebesar 36%. Biaya Operasional Kendaraan untuk rute Stasiun Yogyakarat - Stasiun Bandara YIA yaitu Rp. 257.538.302.202. Pendapatan rata-rata yang dihasilkan selama 1 tahun dari bulan Agustus 2020 - Juli 2021 dengan tarif Rp. 25.000 sebesar Rp. 77.814.000.000, sedangkan pendapatan dengan tarif Rp. 30.000 sebesar Rp. 93.376.800.000. Dari hasil diatas pihak PT. KAI mengalami kerugian karena pendapatan masih lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan Biaya Operasional Kendaraannya.

Airport access transportation is an important component of the success of an airport operation. Airport Train is one of the access transportation that serves trips to Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) in Kulonprogo. This study aims to review the operational performance parameters of the Airport Train which include loading factors, travel time, time between, traffic capacity, waiting time, vehicle operating costs, and a comparison between revenue and vehicle operating costs for the route from Yogyakarta Station - YIA Airport Station. To review the operational performance parameters of the train, namely by using secondary data obtained from PT. KAI Daop 6 Yogyakarta. Vehicle Operational Cost Analysis is based on regulation PM 17 of 2018 . Based on the results of the review of performance parameters, the average loading factor for 1 year on the Yogyakarta Station - YIA Airport Station route is 36%. Vehicle Operational Costs for the route from Yogyakarat Station - YIA Airport Station are Rp. 257,538,302,202. The average income generated for 1 year from August 2020 - July 2021 at a rate of Rp. 25,000 for Rp. 77,814,000,000, while income with a tariff of Rp. 30,000 Rp. 93,376,800,000. From the results above the PT. KAI suffered a loss because its revenue was still lower than its vehicle operating costs.
